Regal Palms – Lazy River – Water Slide – Disney - Free Wifi - Baby Crib + FUN!

Welcome to our Florida Vacation Home. Home has been completely updated to meet Premier status! All the amenities of home, plus the private resort without the theme park rates. This 1,856 square foot Disney themed updated Town House is located in the beautiful Regal Palms Resort. You are close to all of the Orlando area parks and attractions, yet away from the heavy traffic of Irlo Bronson Parkway. Most importantly your vacation unit is located in Phase 1 of the resort - a short 2-3 minute walk from the great amenities at Regal Palms. This is a fully licensed rental unit and meets all requirements of Florida Hotel regulations. Regal Palms is just West of Disney off US 27 near US 192. NOTE: There is a $20/day/unit (plus tax) resort fee payable to the resort at check-in.

The beds in the main bedroom on each level need attention. There were several small issues that I repaired for the sake of convenience and functionality. I feel like the owner isn’t being informed well by the maintenance company they use to maintain the property.

We recently stayed here along with family. It was one of memorable stay. Right from beginning the communication sent to us and checking on us if all good once checked in were awesome. Host were great and great at answering any questions we had for them. Dryer went out while there and they had a new one delivered, so we could get our laundry done before going on our cruise. Everything was wonderful.

This unit is situated at just a 5 minute walk to the pool area. Ideal location, very spacious. The unit is very well equipped for kids of all ages. The owners are super sweet and responsive. We have visited the Orlando Area annually and know what it takes to present a fun, relaxing vacation for you. We have made sure these nice extra touches are included in our townhome. Why they chose this property

We stayed here in August 2010 and liked it so much we bought a unit. We completely updated it for your and our use. You have everything you need at the resort to the point there is no reason to leave, but you are also close to all of the Orlando Area attractions.

What makes this property unique

We are two short blocks from the resort pool, restaurant and other amenities - less than 300 yards (275 meters) - you will not need to drive back and forth from our home. We have added several nice family friendly touches like the children's wagon, the library of movies and books, the wall mounted flat screen TV's in every bedroom, a coffee bar, the large full size washer and dryer and the large yard directly outside the rear of the unit. The first floor Master Bath has been equipped with safety bars for entry/exit safety, a portable bench and optional hose mounted shower head.
