This stylish home is perfect for you. Fun, spacious floor plan. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Large heated pool with big shallow lounging area. Views of the famous Nancy Lopez Golf Course and bird pond. Walk to the Nancy Lopez restaurant. BBQs available. Super large back patio. Short walk to recreation center with Pickleball, Tennis, Olympic pool, and more.

Guest access is keyless.

Golf cart may be available. Please contact host for details and agreement.

Please note, our TV's are smart tvs. you'll need your personal log in Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.

Beautiful Master Suite - King sized bed, extra large smart TV, Master bathroom with double sinks and spacious walk in shower, and view of the pool and golf course.

Guest Bedroom - Queen sized bed and smart TV.

Office / Bedroom - Futon couch pulls out to full sized bed, extra large Smart TV, and built-in office with computer and printer. Room can be used as a bedroom or a privite TV room.

Second Bathroom. Full bath with bathtub.

Extra large Kitchen with smart appliances, double oven, and wine refrigerator. Even a smart faucet!

Large open living room with sectional, chair, and lounger, views of the pool and golf course, and giant smart TV

Giant Pool - One of the largest pools in the villages. Heated with extra large shallow end.

Two BBQs and a Blackstone griddle.

This is a beautiful property with a nice view of the pool and golf course. The host were very accommodating and responsive to messages. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting the villages. The home was well decorated and equipped with everything that you need and we felt at home for the minute we walked in the door.

Pool Oasis

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the beautiful The Palms home. The layout is roomy and provides privacy for everyone. The addition of the large kitchen island was fantastic! The pool was so much fun. The hosts were always quick to respond to any inquiry. We loved our time here.

Heavenly Oasis!

We loved this property! Stayed for a week to visit family in the villages and this home was the perfect spot to have a fun intimate pool day. We loved all of the details and the impeccable lighting and artwork! Owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. So convenient and close to so many amenities! Instructions were clear and easy.
