Riverfront Retreat: Dock access & Tanker Views

This luxurious property features three levels of living space all with great views of the St. Lawrence River and the passing ships.

The updated interior boasts high-end appliances and fixtures to make you feel like a king. On the first floor enjoy a large bedroom with king bed and walk in closet.

The kitchen features KitchenAid appliances, granite countertops, and is fully equipped for cooking. Coffee is provided for the drip coffee pot or use the electric kettle for your tea. Enjoy your morning beverage or evening cocktail on the covered patio watching the ships go by.

The bathrooms each have large walk in tile showers and upstairs you'll find a tub with wonderful views of TI bridge. There are four more bedrooms upstairs and balcony complete with chaise lounges to catch some rays.

When the sun goes down, enjoy the game room in the basement.
Play some card games at the table or battle at the foosball table.

This amazing property is located on a private residential road and is close to multiple wineries, state parks, and downtown Clayton and Alexandria Bay. The boat launch is conveniently located just a few seconds up the road.

In house personal chef can be recommended, please ask!

$1,000 security deposit to be held by management company prior to checkout. Please read the attached rental agreement for management company policies and cancellation details. In the event of a guest cancellation, a $75 fee will be withheld from the refund to cover credit card processing costs, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

Beautiful house and area for short visit with our family serving at Fort Drum

Great house! Very clean and spacious. Loved having a EV charger - that was just a short walk down the street. Excellent restaurant recommendations!Minor suggestions for improvement: #1: Consider room darkening drapes that close over the window.#2: It would be lovely to have 1-2 of the main bedrooms with a tv in the room. Sometimes it’s nice to catch up on a show just before bed.

Wonderful retreat

It is a beautiful, well maintained, thoughtfully updated home. Had everything we could possibly need and the furniture and beds were all high end and comfortable. Slept like a baby the whole trip. The views are incredible and the kids and grownups all loved calling out BIG SHIP! every time a BIG SHIP! came past. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming and there are nearby restaurants and grocery stores, but not at all a bustling feel. It’s an awesome place. Easy to find and prompt, friendly, efficient communication from the host! We will return.

Priceless River View

A wonderful time. Hosts checked in making sure we had everything we needed, very conscientious. Home is beautiful inside with everything necessary to enjoy your stay. We were able to dock our boat in entrance located within walking distance few houses away. Marine Ap helped us track all barge traffic coming and going so we didn’t miss anything. Also fantastic views of cruise lines and yacht traffic. Town and places to eat less than 10 minutes away. At night wonderful location for a late night fire with smores watching the boat traffic, and lights on Bay Bridge overhead. Won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay in the Thousand Islands! The house was absolutely beautiful—immaculately maintained and incredibly clean. It was fully stocked with everything you might need, including linens, towels, and even thoughtful extras like shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, making meal prep easy and eliminating the need to bring a lot of extras from home.The quality of the furniture and amenities stood out—it’s clear the owners take pride in offering a comfortable and welcoming space. We were even contacted during our stay to ensure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.The access to the river was easy and ideal for swimming. The small island just out front provided a bit of shelter, making the water calm and enjoyable. Watching all the different boats pass by was so entertaining, and seeing the massive shipping vessels glide so quietly through the water was truly mind-blowing.The area itself offered great convenience. A nearby store had everything we needed, and the local visitor center made for a peaceful morning walk and coffee stop. All in all, this was a perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We would absolutely return!
