Attached screened-in lani has grill and 8 person outdoor patio table. Detached garage has chairs umbrella and other beach things to use and room for 1 Car. San remo Is a wonderful small village right off of Bonita beach road only 8 miles and 15 minutes from the beaches. You will find shopping, restaurants and entertainment everywhere. Spend the day in beautiful Bonita springs or down to Naples then return to this home with water softened kinetico system-with instant on demand hot water.
