This gorgeous home is located directly on the Assateague Channel and offers breathtaking views. Enjoy amazing sunrises and birdwatching from the decks and the waterfront screened porch.
A water lover’s paradise, the property features a large pier and deep-water boat dock with ladder, while the floating dock is perfect for launching kayaks. Located in desirable Piney Island, the home is conveniently close to dining, shopping, bike rentals, and more, and just minutes from Assateague National Seashore, the beach, and the wild ponies.
The large, screened porch is ideal for gatherings.
The first floor features a spacious open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a waterfront dining area. A separate den offers stunning views. One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle (2 twins) with a full bathroom in the hall. A large laundry room is also on this level.
The second floor features the main bedroom with a king bed, private waterfront balcony, and a large bathroom with a soaker tub and spectacular views. The third bedroom has a full bed, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, a sitting area, and waterfront views, sharing an adjoining full bathroom in the hallway.
A shared community kayak launch is nearby.
