This home offers six private bedrooms all with private baths. All bedrooms have TV's. Bathrooms are full equipped and are ADA compliant. The living space is spacious offering 2 living rooms and 2 dinning areas. Sunroom is perfect for bird watching or game night. A private fenced in backyard with seating, perfect for grilling and enjoying the Florida weather. This home has full generator back up power. We are minutes from the beach, race track, and downtown Daytona making this location great for a beach vacation, Race Week, Jeep Beach, and all Bike Week activities. Close to great local dining and multiple shopping options including the Pavillon and Tanger Outlets.

Centrally located for your convenience for visiting the World's most famous beach 3.1 miles away, Daytona Beach Speedway 7miles, plenty of great restaurants, Main Street 7miles. Pet friendly and trailer parking available. If you are up for an adventure take a one hour day trip to Disney World Resort, Volcano Bay Waterpark, Sea World, or head north to Marineland and swim with the dolphins or visit Gatorland to see more wildlife. The oldest US city, St. Augustine, is just 60 minutes north. Staying local there a places to kayak, jet ski, boat rentals, and mini golf . Into fishing or dolphins? Head down to Ponce Inlet ( 7miles away ) and do the dolphin tour or hop on a fishing charter. Plenty of places to eat on the water and enjoy the sunsets. All a must do and you won't be disappointed!

This house was perfect. Each bedroom was so nicely decorated and had it’s own bathroom, which was a huge plus, for our group of 12 as we celebrated a wedding weekend. Located in a very nice neighborhood, on a street of friendly people. The host’s are very responsive. I would highly suggest this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The home was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a large group of family coming in from Ft Myers and Indiana. This house was perfect!!! Lots of parking, each bedroom having its own bathroom. Very clean and comfortable.

Very spacious

I invited my family to come to my graduation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. This property had enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. It is very spacious and in a great location close to stores and restaurants.

Daytona 500 Trip

The property was conveniently located near good restaurants, the beach and Daytona International Speedway. The property was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed. The bathroom for every bedroom feature was a major plus. We have already rebooked for 2026.

Large house in quiet neighborhood

House was large and well stocked. One of the best stocked rental homes I have stayed in. Unique layout where every room has its own bathroom. Everything was clean and well set up. The hosts even left us a basket of snacks which was very kind. Nice quiet neighborhood as well close to where we needed to be. Lots of activities within driving distance. Overall a great stay for a good deal if you split with a large group!

Everyone had their previous bathroom!

Great place

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Smelled nice. (Which is always a plus for me. I bring air fresheners with me everywhere and did not have to use them. Haha) There were plenty of extra towels, sheets, covers etc etc. Communication with the hosts was perfect too. If you’re looking for a HUGE home. That can easily accommodate 2-3 families. This is the place. Our stay was perfect.

Spacious House

Large house with lots of room. The house is stocked with the necessities. There are also games and extra bath towels, blankets and beach towels. During our stay, we had some issues with the fridge. The owner was responsive, but wasnt able to get it working properly while we were there. In exchange, she was accomidating with our check out time.
