3b/3.5b, Golf/Mtn Views, Pool Spa, Fire Pit, Bbq, Golf cart, Relax in the Sun!

We loved our stay here! It's a peaceful spot, gorgeous views but still privacy poolside. The house was bright and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and everything in working order. Beds were comfy, great showers, not far from the shops either. A perfect stay, we will return!

The outdoor setting of this property is 5+ star - AMAZING views, great variety of outdoor furniture, a place to hang out from morning until night with kids and adults, and so quiet.

House is very spacious, I didn't read the description well enough before we rented and the 3rd bedroom is not part of the house, it's a "casita" which I didn't realize was just behind the house as a bedroom and bathroom by itself - which for us with a 3 and

5 year old at first was alarming, turned out to be great. It ended up being a parent oasis, where we took turns getting away from the kids :) Just something to be aware of.

House has a GREAT stock of spices and kitchen basics, and pool toys, plus honestly, everything you would need, just a few things not working that were slightly annoying but don't get in the way of your vacation. The one issue was that if these things happen on a weekend or a weeknight, you would be charged for someone helping you out. Our issues were - the in-home info binder not very up to date or thorough, took awhile to figure out main tv (open cabinet to turn on cable), kitchen fan doesn't always turn off, living room curtains don't all work, and a very loud strange noise from the half bath ceiling.

Again, with kids, there are other community pools very close by you can go to to add variety to your day :) And going to the golf club restaurants and putting greens for extra entertainment is also very easy. Grocery store is about 5 minutes away and they deliver if you want to arrange beforehand.

As a family with 3 and 5 year old boys, I cannot recommend this house more, it was just about perfect. Besides a few long term maintenance things which I do want to make other renters aware of in case you are expecting perfection - they honestly won't impact your overall vacation. You will be thrilled if you rent his house.

We are definitely more than pleased that we were able to stay at this property.... Beautiful home very clean very kept up the pool barbecue area are just amazing my kids had so much fun and in the pool! The views mountains golf course really pretty!! neighbors are really polite... surroundsound in patio everything worked at this house with the Exception of go kart we would’ve wished it worked. But hey things happen for a reason not a big deal we had a blast other than that.

They actually have floaty’s for the kids! Definitely I will rate this house A+ and would definitely stay in the near future again.

Very easy from the beginning when I was making reservations owner replyed fast easy simple we got the house. Gated community guards were great had company over made one Phone call to Guards at main gate and had no problem Whatsoever to let them in.

Our family had a wonderful time swimming in the private pool and relaxing on the back patio. Despite the heat, it was a perfect place to unwind and spend quality time together. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable, and Sarah was helpful and timely with communication. We will definitely be back!

Spent a sunny 4 nights over Memorial Day weekend. This is our 2nd time staying here and we love the pool and the house and the location.. all of it! Wish I was still there. Next year we will prob stay longer..
