The condo was exactly as pictured on VRBO. The primary bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed with eating & cooking utensils and dish & glassware. The appliances were in excellent working order. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the community pool mostly by ourselves.

Needed getaway

We had a fabulous time the kitchen was very well appointed, BBQ area was spotless the beds were comfy. When our coffee pot stopped working another was dropped off right away.We have never been disappointed with Resortica. Definitely coming back. Mahalo

Birds and Breakfast

Overall, this property was nice, good location, had been mostly updated and had good quiet hours. Nice pool. Countertop in kitchen is beautiful. Amenities were great. Bed was comfy.Could hear the birds chirping in the morning from the lanai. There was a lot of maintenance scheduled throughout the week which was a bit of a bummer.Recommend an opaque covering on shower windows for added privacy.

Vacationing with my adult daughter, this 2BR/2BA condo was perfect for us. The condo had everything we wished for: great fridge, washer/dryer and air conditioning which we needed as the July temps were in the high 80s with humidity. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and on the lanai. Unit is on the ground floor so while enjoying our coffee we were treated to wild life pecking the grass a few feet away. Living room and master BR suite have large screen tvs. We each had a room with comfortable king bed and private bath. The guest bath has been updated and is beautiful. I had the BR suite with larger bedroom that has a great built-in desk (fortunately not needed this trip.) The master bathroom is original and has a garden tub which I didn’t use but looked quite inviting. The only thing I missed was having a handheld shower head. If you want to get serious about cooking on vacation, this kitchen is well stocked. We basically used the fridge and microwave, and THANK YOU there was a coffee grinder for our Kona coffee beans!!! And when they say you have everything you need for the beach, they mean it - plenty of towels, drink totes (ice packs in the freezer!), boogie boards, and more. The condo community is gated and impeccably maintained, and it is nice having an assigned parking space. Highly recommended property! If available for our next trip we would definitely stay here again.
