This is an easy access, ground floor, end-unit condo with lanai and wet bar. This condo is within a short walk to pool, hot tub, and BBQ areas. The master bedroom has a TV, king size bed, a walk in shower and opens onto it's own separate lanai. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed making this a great rental for two couples. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home making it easy to cook-in should you wish. The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa and opens onto the tile lanai which houses a wet bar, table and chairs for 6, and a ceiling fan. From the lanai you have a view of nicely landscaped grounds and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. Sit on the lanai and enjoy a quiet cup of morning coffee while wild turkeys strut by, or relax and enjoy a sunset drink after a day of exploring or swimming at a nearby beach. You will find beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel equipment for your use. Guide books for the island are available for your reference, making it easy to plan your adventures on the Big Island. There is parking available for two vehicles on site.

Hidden gem on the island!
I had a great time at this awesome condo! I have stayed there before and have had a great time each visit! It is clean, well maintained and close to all the fun things to do... I will difinetly go back!
Great place in a nice and quiet location.
Place is in Waikoloa village situated off the golf course. Grocery store, gas station and a couple of restaurants was close by. Place is roomy and comfortable. The only thing I wished it has was a better internet connection. I had a hot spot and extra wifi do that came in handy. I would definitely recommend this place to folks who want to come to the big island.
Beautiful property close to amazing beaches
This property was perfect for our last seven days on the island. Spotless with comfortable furniture and everything you need for cooking and sunny days on the beach. Grounds are well maintained with a nice pool and hot tub. Waikoloa Village is a nice central location. Easy access to beaches and a great starting point for exploring the Kohala Coast or Volcano National Park. We loved it. Thank you Paul for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will be back.

The space was cozy, welcoming and central to all of our events.
The property was very well maintained. All of our needs were met far beyond our expectations. We had hopef to explore more sites, but we were so relaxed and spent quality down time in the unit and surrounding grounds. I commonly rent through Airbnb and sites similar and his was a most enjoyable time. We will surely book here again.
From our condo in the Waikoloa Villas complex, there are several restaurants, a grocery store, and a golf course all within walking distance. Less than 10 minutes drive down the hill are many more restaurants and fine shopping at the Kings and Queens shops at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Our condo complex sits on the 9th Fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf course. We are conveniently located to explore the North Kohala Coast, the Hamakua Coast and Waimea. Some of the best beaches on the Big Island are nearby. If you are looking for tropical landscapes and botanical gardens and beautiful waterfalls, Hilo is just over an hour away via the new saddle road. The Waikoloa Village golf course is within walking distance and within a 10 minute drive you can play the courses of Mauna Kea, Hapuna, Mauna Lani, Waikoloa Kings, or Waikoloa Beach. Other nearby activities include kayaking, scuba diving, horseback riding, zipline adventures, snorkeling, sunset cruises, whale watching (in winter), fishing, and helicopter tours. With such a variety of activities and locations to visit...you'll want to stay as long as you can or plan to come back for another visit.
