Upon arrival, we had a little trouble finding the exact location of the property. There was no one at the front desk to ask for guidance, so clearer signs or more specific check-in directions would have been very helpful. I messaged the host when we arrived but never received a response, even after checking in never heard back,I eventually decided to call and was able to speak with someone who helped me locate the property.The place itself is nicely remodeled, clean, and comfortable. However, the bathroom sink was clogged, which was pretty frustrating. There were also only two towels provided, so I would recommend bringing extra towels if needed.Other than those issues, it’s a nice place to stay. With better communication, clearer directions, and a few small maintenance improvements, the experience would have been much better.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty locating the property upon arrival. Check-in is entirely self-service. Your boarding pass link, sent at booking, contains the property address, unit number, access information, and all check-in instructions. Guests do not check in at the resort’s front desk, which is managed solely by Tamarron Resort and is separate from our property management company. We sent your boarding pass link at the time of booking, followed by email reminders on September 2nd and September 3rd, and a text reminder at 8:00 AM on the day of arrival. Regarding communication, we did speak with you directly by phone and answered your questions. We’re glad we were able to assist you and help locate the unit. We’re happy to hear you found the unit remodeled, clean, and comfortable. Regarding the clogged bathroom sink, we wish you had contacted us during your stay so we could have promptly sent someone to resolve the issue. Additional bath towels are also provided underneath the bathroom sink. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the check-in process and hope you enjoyed your stay overall.

This is a nicely appointed studio and the remodel looks great. We enjoyed our stay. Only criticism is that the electrical outlet for the coffee machine didn’t work, the bathroom sink was clogged, and there were only 3 towels available (although the room “sleeps 4.”
