It is one mile from Purgatory Ski Resort- known for their down-hill skiing and mountain biking. There are activities for winter sports or plenty of summer activities for the entire family!

Very comfortable accommodation and well-stocked with kitchen amenities. There were bears active in the area so we didn’t adventure out on a lot of the trails but did enjoy happy hour/dinner at the Nugget Bar. The Hot tub was out of service but we enjoyed a trip down to the hot springs in Durango. I appreciate that it was pet friendly too!

The condo was clean and very well furnished and stocked. It is a great location, midway between Durango and Silverton. My wife and I enjoy the hiking in the Silverton area, but I’ve had problems with finding good lodging in the town of Silverton. I will definitely return to the Silverpick condo on future trips to the area.
