The Palms 716 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath west-corner condo offering panoramic Gulf-front views from the 7th floor. This spacious coastal retreat provides exceptional comfort and some of the best vistas in Orange Beach.

• Balcony access is from the living room and all bedrooms

• Vinyl plank flooring is in the bedrooms and the living room, with tile flooring throughout the rest of the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your home-away-from-home; the dining table seats six and there are two barstools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• Living area has a sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom features two twin-size beds

• Third bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• The Palms enforces a firm No Pets policy and is a completely non-smoking building, including balconies and all common areas

• Parking available for a maximum of two cars

Better than Expected

Space and View

We had a great stay at the Palms. Lots of room, amazing wrap deck and beach views. Close to all grocery stores, many restaurants. Found it hard to leave and extended our stay! We love coming down year after year.

One of my must haves for beach vacations is a large balcony, facing the beach, with lounge chairs (or comfy furniture) and unobstructed east and west views. The Palms 716 checked all of those boxes and, despite temps and wind making it too cold to enjoy time on the beach, we were able to enjoy relaxing beachfront lounging on the wonderful balcony everyday. The unit is large and the floorplan enables guests to enjoy privacy from one another yet also have plenty of space to gather together. The location can’t be beat with regards to convenience to restaurants, shops or a day trip over to Pensacola for the day. We will definitely be back to this unit again in the future.

Palms 716

This was the perfect location for a relaxing recharge. Nice accomodations, calm neighbors and security onsite. Views are amazing. End of season stay so expected wear and tear but overall no complaints.

Amazing view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5 and was conveniently located by many spots we frequented! The kids enjoyed all the fish that were in the ocean that they saw and caught.
