Please note: The building does not allow air conditioners, however because of the location on the water, the trade winds and ceiling fan keep it cool. Summer months are obviously the hottest.

There is a TV in unit for you to log into streaming services, there is no standard TV channels.

Free WiFi but please note you are on an Island and occasionally it can get spotty.

Please note, there is 1 cleaning per month required at the expense of the renter. The cleaning fee is between $150-$500 and is paid directly to housekeeping.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

You MUST rinse all sand off BEFORE entering the unit. You cannot rinse sand in unit, it will clog the drains & renter will be responsible for damage.

Do NOT put anything out of the ordinary down the drains, sink, etc. including the garbage disposal. No bones, large items, etc.

LOST FOBS WILL RESULT IN $100 FINE PER FOB
