Wake up and wander out to your very own blueberry patch for scrumptious fresh berries while enjoying the many loons that are resident to Royal Lake swim by. Every room has a view of tranquil Royal Lake. The expansive wrap around dock ensures you have complete access to view all that this beautiful cabin has to offer. The gourmet kitchen has brand new black stainless appliances, microwave, toaster oven, even a bread maker! There is a hot/cold water dispenser and absolutely everything that you could imagine to create memorable meals while gazing at the lake. The incredible custom designed fireplace hangs from the ceiling to give a beautiful focal point for all guests. TVs are in all bedrooms as well as the main living space and all are equipped with Directtv. The bathroom has a custom marble shower. And vintage marble inlaid sink. Hardwood floors throughout as well as an incredible custom designed staircase to the primary retreat which in itself has a Nespresso machine to enjoy early mornings on your own private deck!. There is central air conditioning as well as architecturally designed vents to allow excellent cross breezes for cooling the home naturally. There is a beautiful three season sunroom with custom Weatherwall windows and hardwood floors as well. Below you will find a custom designed office/workspace s well as another refrigerator for quick access to beverages on the dock! The home is located equidistant from Falcon Lake and Kenora so you can enjoy all that these resort towns have to offer.
