About this property

Bright and spacious centrally located Outer Banks beach house.

Bring the whole family to this beach house with lots of room for fun. Centrally located on the west side near restaurants, shops and more. Public sound access down the block, park across the street and beach access 1 minute away. Beach is just 2 blocks away featuring free parking, showers, restrooms and handicap access. The part of the home you’ll be staying in is the top 2 floors featuring 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and a pull out sofa bed. 2 full bathrooms, a gas fire pit, 3 sun decks and so much more! There is a separate apartment downstairs which is owner occupied. Owner has a golden retriever and uses the backyard.

The house comes fully equipped with all your vacation beach house needs; board games, beach chairs, umbrella, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv on the main floor, outdoor grill located in the backyard, books to read for the duration of your stay and so much more!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place any used bath towels in laundry bin provided.
Leave all used beach towels in a pile by the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The main level thermostat controls the downstairs apartment. Do not put it above 74 degrees Fahrenheit. The top floor thermostat is yours to control.
Ensure you do not block the spots for the downstairs apartment. Pull all the way onto the rocks when parking. 3 cars max.
All guests must be 24 or older unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Absolutely NO partying allowed. Quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.

The house was very nice, clean & welcoming. The communication was top notch. My only negative was the mattresses, they were way too hard for me. But that was so minor, we all enjoyed our stay

We rent out the private top 2 floors of our house to families and friends looking for some relaxation, adventure and fun. We’re completely separate from the guest space, but nearby if you ever need anything!

Luna is a certified therapy dog and as sweet as can be—she may bark occasionally when guests come and go, but it’s just her way of saying hello!
