Tässä talossa on kaikki! Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä merestä, helppo pääsy rannalle ja pysäköinti. Southern Shores on ihana kaupunki, keskeisellä paikalla, lähellä Duck, Kill Devil Hills ja Nags Head. Pyöräretki Duckin ravintoloihin tai kotona sijaitsevaan oleskelutilaan uima-altaan äärellä. Upea uima-allas on upouusi vuori ja suolavettä. 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2. 5 kylpyä ja kolmas suihku autotallissa. WiFi, kaksi televisiota, valtava makuuhuoneen sviitti, jossa on tilaa ilmapatjalle ja pakata ja pelata. Suuri pesutupa on myös riittävän tilava ilmapatjan sijoittamiseksi. Yläkerran 3 makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. Alemman kerroksen neljäs makuuhuone on täydellinen lapsille, kerrossänky ja erillinen sänky. Pakkaus ja leikki ovat pääkaapissa käytettäväksi.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of room/space. Just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. There are bikes in the garage if you rather ride. Private pool is nice to get in any time of the day. Property manager replies quickly.

Perfect location with all the fun requirements

Our family of 6 (4 "kids" ranging in age 17-24), had a great vacation getaway. The neighborhood location was perfect for a little more privacy and quiet. The walk to the beach was pretty easy if you didn't want to take the car (although the parking pass was awesome, too). We all loved the pool and crows nest deck. The games and lower level were great for rainy days. Great communication and information from the hosts. We will definitely book here again.

We had the perfect week. The house had everything you need. We felt at home. The heated pool was awesome on the cool days. The passes for the parking at the beach was a nice extra. We loved the area. Short relaxed walk to the beach. I would book this home again.

We absolutely LOVED Pegleg Paradise. The pictures do not do this booking justice. There is so much space for everyone to hangout together or separate for down time. I was in awe at how spacious and private the master bedroom was. The walk to the beach is so close that we watched several sun and moon rises. The location is a quick drive to surrounding areas or you can plan an easy day trip to Orcacoke. We were so sad to leave as we truly enjoyed this home away from home with all its amenities. The pool was perfect and where we spent many days just lounging. Would definitely book again!

Highly Recommend

Clean and comfortable, great location on the outer banks, the little extras including local beach parking passes, beach chairs and bikes made the stay that much better. Used the pool every day and the game room area was the center of evening activity.

Lovely stay in Southern Shores

This was our first trip to OBX and are so happy that we selected this rental. Its located in a mostly residential area with houses tucked into the trees. A short distance away is the sound where you can view amazing sunsets. The beach is located only a few blocks away. As a nature loving family, we were delighted to see pelicans fly over the beach, little ghost crabs and quirky sand pipers running about. Around the house we saw multiple deer. The space itself was furnished beautifully for a family, was very clean and the host was easy to communicate with.

Fun Vacation

The property owner is very attentive to the needs of the guests. Great communication and pleasant to deal with. The house has a cool layout and the owners have a ton of beach chairs, toys, and equipment for guests to use. We really enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding OBX Trip

First of all, and most importantly, Peggy is the BEST VRBO owner I’ve ever dealt with yet - she answered my million questions prior to the trip without any hesitation, and I honestly felt very prepared knowing what to expect at the house. Pegleg Paradise had it all - it easily accommodated our big family trip with 3 families under one roof (and that isn’t easy to do). The master bedroom is huge, and the master bath is wonderful too, with a shower and a tub! My husband and two of our kids under two stayed in that one room. The other two upstairs bedrooms are smaller but still great with queen sized beds! My two favorite things about the house itself were the screened in porch - we ate almost every meal out there and it was great for all of our kids because it’s enclosed, and the downstairs living area. My parents stayed in the downstairs and absolutely loved it, as it was their own space. The game room design with the tv downstairs was great at night to wind down. My husband even stayed up many nights to play board games with the bigger kids and you cannot hear them while in the bedroom (huge plus). The pool was great and perfect for those super hot days or when you don’t want to tackle the beach. The beach was a close walk and we walked down every day. Recommend watching the sunrise one day - absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend Pegleg Paradise to anyone going to OBX but especially those looking for a house who can accommodate multiple families, comfortably.

Happy Haven

Pegleg Paradise is a delightful oasis of green, calm, and relaxation amidst an otherwise busy beach scene during peak season. The accommodations are so hospitable you really don’t need to leave the house in order to have a good vacation. A fully stocked kitchen, stargazing from the rooftop, floating in the pool, deer watching in the back yard, grilling by the pool, toasting s'mores over the fire pit, playing board games and corn hole. What more could you want? Well, right, there’s the beach. And you have two beaches to choose from that are easily accessible by short drive or walk. All of the necessary beach amenities are at your fingertips- boogie boards, umbrella, chairs. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful, welcoming property and hosts. Thank you for giving my family such a warm and inviting environment in which to make memories!

Family beach Vacation

Host provided a well equiped kitchen for our family to cook together Home was spacious on the two living levels and the roof level deck was nice. Furniture was plentiful for front deck, back deck, screened in dining area and pool deck. Very cozy.

Perfect family getaway!

Great Experience

My wife and I had our schedules line up perfectly mid-week so that we could take advantage of the extended holiday weekend. As we searched for locations, we reached out to Peggy to inquire about the availability and specifics on their house. She was very responsive the entire time and accommodated all of our needs. The heated pool was the selling point for us and it did not disappoint! The location was quiet, private, and in the vicinity of stores/restaurants which was an added bonus. We definitely look forward to returning sooner than later!

Amazing Owners

We just completed a wonderful week at Pegleg Paradise! We encountered an issue with the AC mid-week, which the owners were immediately responsive to and had it up and running again within 24 hours. They communicated with us throughout the process and made our comfort a priority. We are very grateful! A+ vacation!

Pegleg is a bit of Paradise as the name says.

Can't say enough about how great our stay was in Pegleg Paradise!! Everything about it was just perfect for my husband and I. Loved the location off of the main road and yet only 2 miles away from Duck or Kitty Hawk. Grocery stores and seafood market just down the road. Beach was 4 blocks away. The house was nicely decorated with quality furnishings, the kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook at home plus a gas grill outside. The pool was large and heated and just a few steps out the door. Owner was extremely nice and answered all questions we had right away. This place is just perfect!!!!! We will come back again.

Love this house!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. And we plan to stay again! It’s perfect for our family. It’s extremely clean, has a nice floor plan with a huge master bedroom, and the salt water pool is incredible! It’s a short walk or bike ride to the beach and has everything you need (pool floats, bikes, beach chairs, and more). It’s also close to shopping, grocery stores, seafood market, restaurants, and ice cream. Our favorite thing about the house is the quiet neighborhood and privacy. The owner communication is also excellent. I would highly recommend staying here!!

We loved it there. A private pool and a short walk to the beach were great and kid friendly. The house and pool were clean. It was the perfect size for our family. The owners have plenty of beach supplies. Definitely would would recommend and would love to stay there again.

We chose Southern Shores, because we fell in love with this unique town while vacationing here with our family more than twenty years ago. The unexpected rustic, wooded, greenery so close to the beach immediately appealed to us. We see deer on a regular basis and the town is so charming. This particular house is full of old world charm with cedar shake siding and tucked away, surrounded by a beautiful, green wooded yard.
The pool is so relaxing and fun, there are many decks for various groupings to gather, a screened in porch, and an upper deck that is fabulous for star gazing.
