The Space:
Relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean or view the city lights from your 1bedroom/1 bath condo that is 705-734 ft! The master bedroom has a king bed (varies) and attached en suite. In the cozy living room there is a queen sofa bed (varies). Out on the balcony you can socialize while viewing the ocean/city lights! This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests!  Having a full kitchen and a dinning room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With incredible views, beach fun and all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

Not all suites are oceanfront or ocean-view.

During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.

Pets are not permitted.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Property is in the center of "restaurant row" — lots of choices within 1-2 miles

Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round.

Trailers are allowed on property but need to be parked at the registered building parking lot.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
