The comforts of a suburban home close to everything Anchorage has to offer. Just 10 minutes from the airport and all major hospitals. 5 minutes or less to downtown, some great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping mall, concert and event venues(Alaska Airlines Center, Sullivan Arena, Ben Boeke Arena, Dempsey-Anderson Ice Arena). If you like to watch bush planes arriving and leaving from the world's busiest seaplane base, than this back deck is your spot in the summer.

This home is perfect for families, friends, or work travelers looking for something more private and authentic than a hotel. Every room comfortably sleeps at least 2. Great for socializing in the spacious common areas but with plenty of room for privacy.

*Please note - there is a small apartment under the back deck. It is also a vacation rental and the garage is attached to and only accessible to the apartment. They have their own parking and entrance on the back side of the building.

Great VRBO! Plenty of space for our family of seven adults. The house had everything we needed and then some. convenient location. Everything was clean and ready to go. Communication was great.

Nice stay in Anchorage

The hosts were fast with correspondence. The house was clean, and modern, no clutter. Large back deck with wooded view. It was a short walk to stores (Walmart, Barns and Noble, etc). Neighborhood was quiet with a public walking path out back the house. We had 7 (3 elders, 2 teens, 2 adults) and it was not crowded. After hours on planes, it was great to enter a nice home to sleep and relax before our next destination. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

What a beautiful place to stay. Our home was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The coffee starter set was much appreciated. Comfy beds with crisp new linens, towels and a fully stocked bathroom. We could not have asked for anything better. Day 2 we were treated to a moose visitor in the backyard. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was nice, Extra clean, had an upstairs. The only thing that wasn’t stated was the camera. On the property there is a ring doorbell that is NOT stated on the Vrbo listing. I told the owner a COUPLE of our friends were going to stop by and leave, they automatically assumed it was a party (there were only 7 of us) Spent almost 500 dollars to get falsely accused. They were mad which is understandable but only gave us 15 mins to REPACK everything or they were going to come to the property with authorities. Great home, nice area, perfect for anyone with a big family. Assumptions, falsely accusing, & not stating everything on the Vrbo listing is my only problem with this Vrbo property. Didn’t get a refund too..

Very comfortable stay...

We spent less than 24hrs so hardly enough time for a real review. Still the house was very comfortable and great for a one night stay before setting out on our great Alaskan road trip. The only negative was we had tall people staying upstairs and apparently the shower has a slanted ceiling better suited for short people. Everything else was great. And go to the front door, not the garage door!

Check-in was effortless. Nikki sent the instructions and door code ahead of time and it worked perfectly. The house itself was spacious and comfortable for my family of 6: Me, my daughter, her husband, their 2 children (5 and 7 y/o) and her mother-in-law. We made full use of the 4 very comfortable bedrooms. The living room was also spacious and comfortable as was the kitchen and dining room. It was easy to access the fast WiFi. The parking was roomy enough for our rental Kia Carnival mini-van. The fenced yard was loved by my 2 young grandkids. They used the rope swing endlessly, as well as the knotted rope to climb the tree. The kitchen had everything to cook whatever we might want. The towels and washcloths were plentiful and fluffy white. I can’t say enough about what a great stay we had! I’m sure I’m missing details—like how convenient it was to everything! You will not be sorry if you stay—Nikki is a great host, very responsive.
