This place was just perfect! There was plenty of space for our group of 8, and the house felt so welcoming and comfortable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be staying here again!

I would most certainly stay at this property again. The owner was very professional, informative and offered great suggestions for things to do in the area. The property was very spacious and clean. The rental went extremely smooth from beginning to end. Thankful for our time here in Arkansas and we hope to come back again sometime.

This was one of our best VRBO experiences. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and friendly and efficient . The house was even better than advertised and was comfortable and welcoming. We see why this host has received such stellar reviews - they deserve it! We highly recommend.

Super lovely property with everything we needed for a pleasant and refreshing 4 days. We saw fireflies, deer and heard lots of songbirds! Beds are comfortable. Check in was easy.

First, working with Ryan on our reservation and during our stay was fantastic. He is beyond responsive and provides helpful and informative information and is very friendly and client-service oriented. He is the best as a host. Second, the property was wonderful -- exactly as described. It was spacious and very clean with nice appointments - especially in the bathrooms -- shampoo, conditioner, candles around the master bath, cotton balls and q-tips, make-up wash clothes, lots of towels, great closet space, etc. The rooms are large and spacious and very comfortable. The deck is fabulous and looks out onto a beautiful yard surrounded by trees and a fire pit we used every night. The location is wonderful. We took our dog on a hike on the Back 40 -- which is right by the house. It is also close to great parks, hiking, bike trails, beer gardens, restaurants, grocery stores and Crystal Bridges. I give Ryan and this property an A! We had a fabulous time and plan to go back and try to get this house again. Our pup gives the house, the yard, the hiking and, of course, Ryan, an A too!

The home met our needs perfectly. Quiet cul de sac. We had 6 guys on a mountain bike trip. Plenty of seating and comfy couches. Access to the back 40 system was a breeze. Short drives to any other trail systems. Ryan was more than helpful during our stay. Bike wash brushes, a garden hose, a pump, use of the garage, and a repair/maintenance stand were all on site making post ride tune ups / inspections easy.

Great pet friendly property with a fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood. The host is also a great communicator and made sure we were happy with everything and responded promptly to any questions. It was perfect for our needs and we wil not hesitate to stay there again for our next trip to NW Arkansas.

Wonderful Getaway

This is a great property with a fenced in backyard that backs to woods. We loved the layout of the home and the property manager was great! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to chill and relax or there's plenty to do

We absolutely loved the house. It was clean and cozy and just right for our sister get away to hang out, cook together, watch shows, and totally relax. I'm ready to go back.

Our host was very accommodating! We had asked him if he would leave up the Christmas decorations, a little longer as we were having a late Christmas with our grandchildren. The house was beautifully decorated, and we really appreciated that extra touch. There were all the things out for us to have s’mores and a wonderful ping-pong table as well! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our visit!

Fantastic Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Velo Vista with our family. The house was clean and had everything to meet our needs. Our dogs especially loved the fenced backyard! The location was great and was in close proximity to many activities. Any questions or needs that we had were promptly answered. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation!
