The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a quick bite before getting your toes in the sand or serving a delicious meal around the dining table. Brew a fresh cup of coffee and watch as the tide comes in. You can also reheat your leftovers from your delicious meal from Sea-N-Suds which is just a short walk away.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Relax and rejuvenate on the king bed in the primary bedroom. Spend an evening watching your favorite movie on the wall mounted television or pampering yourself in the custom walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. No matter what you decide you will be ready for whatever adventures you find the next day.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed making it easy to wind down from a busy day riding go-carts at The Track in Gulf Shores or from an exciting cruise aboard Sail Wild Hearts. The second bathroom is accessed in the hallway and has a bathtub and shower combination.

PARKING
This property has a 2-vehicle limit and requires parking passes. Only 1 parking pass is allowed during the following major holidays and events: Hangout Music Festival Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th week, Labor Day weekend, and National Shrimp Festival weekend.

Island Shores is a lower density Gulf front building with a large outdoor pool and direct beach access via boardwalk. With an outdoor shower to rinse off. There is a coin-operated laundry room, and BBQ grills available for guest use.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Island Shores will be undergoing a stucco project on the south wall with an estimated completion in early March 2026. Renters may experience noise in and around the building during this time. Rental rates have already been discounted to account for the construction project, so we’re unable to offer additional discounts related to noise or other inconveniences.

This is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Monthly rentals are available from November through March 1st.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
