It has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and it has two full baths. The Kitchen is fully furnished with all the amenities of home. There is a swimming pool on the complex exclusively for Island Shores guests. The condo is direct gulf front within steps of the gulf. Sit back and relax with your favorite beverage on the private balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the gulf.

The unit has all the comforts of home, including a TV in the master bedroom and the living room. A great beachfront location, within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping, and activities. This condo will be perfect for any vacation!

Hello, I've had this property since 2002 and try to improve it each year. I'm ex-Air Force enlisted/officer and now an active duty Army Officer. I'm also a real estate broker in Alabama. I love to travel, see new places and meet new people. I also manage my mom's condo in Gulf Shores (#141545) and my 2br/2ba condo in downtown Gatlinburg (#141532). Why Rhiannon McGee chose Gulf Shores

Awesome direct ocean view as soon as you walk in the place. It's right next to Sea-n-Suds, Waffle House across the street, and short walk to Hooters, Pink Pony Pub and the Hangout. Hard to beat this location and view. Plus with a low density complex (59 units), there's plenty of room on our 200 feet of beachfront white sugar sand. It literally so fine it squeaks when you walk on it, and doesn't get too hot in the summer since it's white. I've traveled many beaches and haven't seen any better beaches.

What makes this condo unique

The ocean sounds are so relaxing. Many guests have spotted dolphins swimming as they sat on the balcony. Also, being on the top floor, it's a bit more quiet and peaceful away from other guests.

The condo was small and old school took 2 days to get parking pass security put a tow away note on my vehicle the pool was shut down by the health department the best part was the view , balcony was small don't believe I will be back there again

Awesome beach

The reason it got a 4 is the TV in bedroom would not work said "no signal" I don't have DISH so I had no idea, messed with it for a little bit also found book in kitchen drawer tried some things out of there nothing. The bathroom baseboards looked rotten and painted over and the back of the door was dirty, marked up. The floors must be dirty going bare foot your feet would be black. May want to check with the cleaning people. Other than that the beds were comfortable and we had a great time. We won't come again in the hurricane month but do plan to come back loved the beach!!! Thanks
