Awesome direct ocean view as soon as you walk in the place. It's right next to Sea-n-Suds, Waffle House across the street, and short walk to Hooters, Pink Pony Pub and the Hangout. Hard to beat this location and view. Plus with a low density complex (59 units), there's plenty of room on our 200 feet of beachfront white sugar sand. It literally so fine it squeaks when you walk on it, and doesn't get too hot in the summer since it's white. I've traveled many beaches and haven't seen any better beaches.
The ocean sounds are so relaxing. Many guests have spotted dolphins swimming as they sat on the balcony. Also, being on the top floor, it's a bit more quiet and peaceful away from other guests.

We had a WONDERFUL time at the condo this past week! The view was amazing!! It's a smaller building so automatically not so crowded. The condo however needs a lot of attention. Beginning with the communication with the owner, I never received a parking tag and contacted the owner and never heard anything. I made my own tag. The kitchen needs to be stocked with the stuff a family needs to stay there for a week for example I could have used a 2 cup or bigger liquid measuring container, and bigger than 6" pans. Couldn't cook bacon and could only cook one pancake at a time. I would suggest investing in a griddle and a new reasonable priced set of pots and pans. There were enough plates but needed more cups/glasses. One of the shelves in the fridge, the glass is totally missing. A normal 13gal kitchen trash can would have been nice. The couches were really comfy though :) both exhaust fans in the bathrooms didn't work, good thing I grabbed spray from Walmart ;) both beds in the rooms were comfy too! The back door doesn't latch closed but is heavy enough to close so all you have to do is push or pull open. and on the 6th floor I really wasn't concerned about it being secure. The patio furniture could be better than cheap plastic chairs, maybe a $200 investment at Walmart for patio furniture would do the trick. If these things were fixed I would TOTALLY try to reserve again for next year.
Location was good. Condo is more dated than I was expecting from the pictures. Needs some TLC and would be a great place to stay.

Very nice place to stay, very clean and nice view to the ocean. Stores are close by and very clean beach front.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient to all restaurants and activities while being private with a gorgeous beach and view of the gulf from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Owners very easy to work with. Beds in both master and guest bedroom very comfortable. Living room pull-out wasn't used but the couch, itself, was very comfortable.
Even though we were here during spring break, we experienced no problems with loud or disorderly renters. Good insulation I guess. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.
