About the owner: Hello, I've had this property since 2002 and try to improve it each year. I'm ex-Air Force enlisted/officer and now an active duty Army Officer. I'm also a real estate broker in Alabama. I love to travel, see new places and meet new people. I also manage my mom's condo in Gulf Shores (#141545) and my 2br/2ba condo in downtown Gatlinburg (#141532). Why the Owner Chose Gulf Shores, AL, USA:
Awesome direct ocean view as soon as you walk in the place. It's right next to Sea-n-Suds, Waffle House across the street, and short walk to Hooters, Pink Pony Pub and the Hangout. Hard to beat this location and view. Plus with a low density complex (59 units), there's plenty of room on our 200 feet of beachfront white sugar sand. It literally so fine it squeaks when you walk on it, and doesn't get too hot in the summer since it's white. I've traveled many beaches and haven't seen any better beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The ocean sounds are so relaxing. Many guests have spotted dolphins swimming as they sat on the balcony. Also, being on the top floor, it's a bit more quiet and peaceful away from other guests.
