About this property

CC Cottage is a charming home on a large lot close to Town, away from crowds

Relax at CC Cottage, a peaceful rental on the outskirts of Cape Charles. Large lot with fenced backyard and room to play. Circular drive accommodates several vehicles. Room to park boats to the side of the house. The turn into the driveway can currently fit a tandem axle trailer for a 27-28' boat.

Single floor living but please be careful of the step out of the suite and the step out of the kitchen.

Bedroom off the living room with a queen, bed, desk, and en suite bathroom. Another bedroom off the kitchen with another queen and desk. Third bedroom with a trundle (2 single beds). Two more can sleep in the pullout couch.

We require the rental agreement to be completed and returned.

Please note, this property does not allow pets but that does not mean it is pet free. Be aware this is not the right property for you if you have severe pet allergies.
