Cape Utopia - we found utopia in Cape Charles! A fantastic, beach town and historic home with everything you need. Enjoy the park, playground, and running track nearby, sample all the shops, restaurants, & bars 2 streets over on main street, and walk, bike, or drive your golf cart rental to the beach. Then come back to your quiet utopia on a residential street and enjoy the darling front porch, as well as the well-equipped home. We have provided everything! Linens, baby/toddler/kid items, beach chairs, beach towels, and blankets, smart TVs throughout the home, in addition to a kitchen with all your needs. Don't stress over packing, just grab a swimsuit and come enjoy our sweet little beach town! Check out our sister property Cape Serendipty (the other side of the duplex) if you need more space.

Excellent place-- wonderful host-- everything we needed (and more) was there! This house is so brilliantly clean and unique, we had to invite our friends in to show them the beautifully restored, timeless kitchen! We had a great experience and Elizabeth was a wonderful host! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Cape Charles!!

The house was lovely! We appreciate all the effort that went into all the beautiful details. Well-stocked pantry, comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family. Thanks for the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella!! Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Escape to Cape Utopia and you won't be disappointed! It's true, all you need to bring is your bathing suits, I think that's about the only thing that wasn't provided to live comfortably for a few days.. It was a lovely home base to go on day excursions and come back to relax with above and beyond amenities provided.

This is the third summer staying in Cape Charles and our second stay in Utopia! We LOVE staying there. The accommodations are top notch the house is well appointed and the porch is your favorite place to be!

Cape Utopia was amazing. Everything as pictured. Easy walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. Right down the road from a beautiful park. Elizabeth has thought of so many little details for her wonderfully decorated, old-world charm home. The porch was fabulous for reading and just relaxing.
