Thank you for your review, but I was hoping you would let me know what was the reason for a less than 10 review. Very few people review their stay the first day of their rental of two nights. When I stopped by, you told me that things looked great. I have a new cleaning lady who forgot to leave a parking tag out. I personally delivered a stack as soon as I got your message and a few minutes after your arrival. If this was the only complaint, then I need to know. Thank you any way for being our guest, for a very short stay of two nights.

Sally, thank you for Choosing us for your vacation spot. Unfortunately, just before your arrival, we had a terrible experience with “Bickers Weekend” guests. They abused the place and broke furniture. We tried to fix what we could to prevent cancellation which I thought would reflect negatively on you and your vacation. New furniture is on the way. Thank you Christina For your review. Sorry you did not like the breakfast place. It is really a hit aor miss. As owners, we have absolutely no control over it. It is rented to an outside vendor. In any case, if you ever come back and stay with us, I recommend Dino’s for breakfast. It is on route 17, very close by. Bright, cheerful and reasonably priced. Regards.

Hi Veena Thank you for all your valid and valuable suggestions. You are right, I checked the published address and it says N. Myrtle Beach! I just Corrected it and spelled it out. I undestand it can be confusing driving at night in a not so familiar place. I truly apologize for that. It is fixed now 😀. As for the carpets, I thought it added colors to the plain floors… I will figure out a better Way to secure it to the floor. I usually replenish the kitchen utensils and pots and pans at the end of the season, as they have a way of flying out thru the summer. Sorry for that. Next time I will make sure the set is complete prior to your arrival. As for the bed set up, you are right, the place cannot accommodate more than a family of 4. The king bed is more popular, and the Murphy bed in the living area fits two kids comfortably. I will entertain the idea of additional bed in the bedroom, but as you mentioned, it will be too tight!!!. Thank you again for all your suggestions. I am glad you enjoyed the place and looking forward to seeing you again next year.

Hello James, I hope you had a great time at the beach. As you mentioned, the elevators are currently undergoing all new replacement and it is done for two at a time. October is off season and the two working elevators should have been adequate for the number of units occupied. There is a huge painting job for all three buildings starting this fall. Next time you are here, things will look much different. There was a glitch with VRBO that prevented my manager from accessing your reservation, prompting me, the owner to interfere and sending you all the information you needed to access the place and have a good time. As we never claimed that the condo is a 5star hotel accommodation, this is reflected in the very low rental fee for a large ocean front accommodation with a private balcony and lots of amenities that the resort has to offer. Thank you for your comments. We will take them into consideration in the future.
