Hi! We are Michelle and Connor. Connor grew up on the Cape and can give you great recommendations from beaches to brunches. Michelle has been a Host previously for a property management company in Boston and currently is a Realtor on the Cape & South Shore. We are local and available to help! We have two little girls so we supply toddler/baby gear - if you need anything not listed just ask we likely have it available for you to borrow for your trip!

Why they chose this property
We love the proximity to Route 28 & calm sandy Long Pond. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. It’s only a 5 minute walk with the kayaks down to the pond, and just a little further is the beach and playground which our babies love!
We also enjoy waking through historic South Yarmouth’s Bass River District to get to Windmill Beach - it’s a beautiful mile walk by beautiful antique homes!
Oh and can’t forget Cape Cod Creamery is only steps away - like any New Englander we LOVE ice cream!
