Property was just as listed and very comfortable for our group of 5 with extra space for 3 additional guests. Host clearly communicated. Gardens are stunning and well kept. If I had another opportunity to be in WHB, I'd book this spot again.

The house was spotless and very comfortable. Updated and not cluttered at all. Everything was in working condition and it like staying at a resort between the pool area, pickleball courts, basketball hoop, privacy and front yard.Location is ideal. Walkable to Westhampton Beach for coffee, restaurants, shopping and the beaches are a quick drive. We had wonderful communication with the host. He addressed our questions very quickly and was always friendly.I would give this my highest recommendation.

Great location and great house. Easy walk to town and short drive to the beach. Getting to the North Fork and/or further out in the Hamptons is easy from this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed all of the amenities: pool, pickleball, basketball, and ping pong. The property is a short walk to the Westhampton village where there are lots of shops and restaurants and a short drive to Cupsogue Beach, which is the nearest public beach. The house was clean and comfortable, and the yard is beautifully landscaped.

Beautiful stay in west hampton!

The pictures do not do this home justice it is so beautiful and spacious. The yard is incredible, pickle ball courts were so fun, and pool was spotless. This house is so clean and new I was so comfortable staying here. Its location is great about a 10 min walk from the town or a 2 minute drive. It’s prime location for a family, friends seeking nightlife, or other attractions.

We had a fantastic week at this wonderful house. The location was phenomenal as we could walk to town, the hs tennis courts were close by and it was a nice run to the beach. The house was very clean - equipped with many towels, beach chairs and pickleball rackets. The backyard is absoultly gorgeous. I would highley recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! There were endless activities with pickleball, table tennis, the pool and the huge backyard space. The host was extremely thoughtful in stocking the house especially the kitchen which made it easy to cook and grill outside. Francesco was super communicative and easy to deal with as a host. Cannot recommend enough!

Westhampton family getaway

The house is beautifully appointed and offered everything we needed. The weather wasn’t great for the beach on the front end of the trip so the pickleball court was a life saver. The house is conveniently located and walkable to town. The beach is a 40min walk or a short drive. The grocery store was a very quick walk as well. The house was perfect for us and I would definitely book again!

We had a very lovely stay in Westhampton Beach. We would definitely return to this house.PROS:1. Communication with the host was excellent.2. The house was spotless (and I am VERY picky) when we checked in.3. The yard is stunning. One of the prettiest Ive seen in WHB. It is so well maintained.4. The pickleball court is everything and my kids spent almost the whole time on it. Amazing amenity.5. Great location. Walkable to town, stores and nearby tennis courts. Three minute drive to the beach (if you have a pass).6. The house is fun with lots to do especially if you have kids!7. Also love that the pool is fully fenced for safety and we adored the outdoor shower!CONS:1. The layout of the house is a bit odd. Three bedrooms with 1.5 baths on the first floor, but only two of the bedrooms have AC. The second full bath is in the basement, but there are no bedrooms down there. I don't think we ever even used the second bathroom because of the location. The last two bedrooms are upstairs, with no bathroom and you have to walk through one room to get to the other (that has no AC). It worked for our family because we only needed three rooms, but could be a struggle for larger families.2. The pool filter was not amazing and we often had to manually clean out the pool. There is pool service once a week and they do a great job, but it needed more cleaning throughout the week.

Great Place in Westhampton

The property was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located near Westhampton Beach Village, and a great neighborhood to walk or bike around. There was no pickleball net set up, but the owner is going to rectify that. No complaints. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Improvements needed/not senior-friendly

My family and I had a decent stay at this home over Christmas. Though there were many good things about the place, there are definitely some improvements that can be made for a vacation home meant for multiple people who stay for multiple days. There were no extra garbage bags in the kitchen save for one giant one that was twice the size of the garbage, no extra toilet paper, no oven mitts (which led to a couple of burn incidents as dish towels don't always cut it-- though the oven did work very well!), and the teapot bottom crumbled off with each use. It should be noted in the description that the one walk-in shower is in the basement, while the ground floor bathroom has a very deep bathtub-- great for those who love bathing, but not good if there is a senior in the group. The bedding and towels are washed with a very strong-scented detergent/fabric softener, which stayed on your skin and clothes and personally made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The wooden steps leading up to the back door (the main entryway) were icy on the very cold days, and there was no railing to hold onto, making it especially difficult for my 77-year-old mother to come and go.One great thing was that Francesco was very responsive, both to messages leading up to the rental and while we there, and the overall process of renting went very smoothly, so thank you for that! I don't mean to come across as ungrateful, as I was very grateful to have the opportunity to spend time with my fam

This home is fantastic. Incredibly decorated both inside and outside. Beautiful gardens throughout the property making a tranquil environment for a summer vacation. The house is set up as a superior recreation wonderland. Beautiful pool, high-end cornhole boards, ping pong, basketball hoop, and a pickleball court with all the supplies that was so much fun. Francesco was great to communicate with in preparation for our visit and was available throughout our stay. The house was so clean and had lots of very comfortable beds for a sound vacation sleep. The house location was so close to town you could walk and I rode my bike to the beach. A quiet neighborhood and such a great location. This home created a lasting memory for my family. I highly recommend this house and hope to stay again in the future.
