The Space:

Welcome to Forestdale! This private and wooded contemporary retreat offers comfort and convenience for your Cape Cod getaway.



Unwind in the living room, furnished with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a smart TV atop a stylish cabinet. An area rug adds warmth and character to the main floor.



Step through the sliding doors onto the nice front deck, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or soak up the sunshine. Fire up the propane BBQ grill on the stone patio in the backyard, where you can host cookouts, dine al fresco, or simply relax in the fresh air.



Head downstairs to the lower level, where you'll find additional space to relax and entertain. Kick back on the couch, watch TV on the smart TV where you can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc., or challenge friends to a game of "pop-a-shot" arcade basketball.



The galley-style kitchen is equipped with an electric range and a countertop that seats 2, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. Gather around the dining table that seats 6 for family dinners or game nights.

Please keep in mind:

-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.



Other Things to Note:

All guests must agree to be off the exterior spaces by 9PM and keep music down at all times, the house is in close proximity to the neighbors!

Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies!



Don't worry about accidental damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee of up to $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart.
