Resort includes a Clubhouse with a pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pool, arcade room, and 50 seat movie theatre that is able to be privately reserved for parties. Tiki bar with food and alcoholic drinks
Additional amenities a playground, basketball, volleyball and grills to cook out.
Gated Community with 24hr Security Guard.
The space
Spacious second floor condo with oversized ensuite with a king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with two beds. The screened patio has chairs and table to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The kitchen has dishes, cooking/baking essentials to include blender, Keurig, regular coffee pot, kid's dishes/flatware and high chair.
Front load washer and dryer.
Beach umbrella, cooler for drinks and baby stroller and toys for your free use
Guest access
Entire condo is accessible to guests, except closet in master bedroom and pantry.
Other things to note
Property is conveniently located on the second floor and facing the parking lot. Plenty of free parking. There aren't elevators at this property.
