Our luxurious property accommodates up to 16 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. Located on the highly desirable West Beach, it is a tranquil haven thoughtfully designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort.

Designed with luxurious touches and spacious living areas, this home is perfect for those looking to unwind and indulge in the coast's natural beauty. From the waterfall showers in the master suites to the secondary den living space, everything has been thoughtfully crafted for comfort and relaxation.
Begin your day watching the sunrise on your peaceful, private marsh decks. You might spot herons, egrets, deer, foxes, dolphins, and a variety of songbirds. Or, enjoy your morning coffee in a front porch rocker serenaded by the symphony of waves crashing against the shore. Take a two-minute walk to the ocean and indulge in the healing powers of the sea. Or spend the day lounging by the pool, exploring the marsh with our kayaks, or simply enjoying the views on one of the four expansive decks. This is your sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation!
We are located on the desirable, quiet West Beach, but only a short distance to many of the Island sweet spots!
Middleton Park (child friendly water park and playground, Farmer’s Market, and Summer Concerts in the Park), Pepperoni Grill (great pizza!), the canal at 40th street (enjoy crabbing and fishing), the Island Way restaurant (a treat for outdoor drinks and dining) and the 9th Street Pier (great for fishing), and more! For additional adventures, head into the historic sea town of Southport for some shopping, or catch the ferry to Fort Fisher aquarium. You can also catch the ferry to Bald Head Island.
Enjoy a beautiful 20-minute cruise on the ocean - no cars allowed! Then explore the Island on rental bikes or a golf cart! It is nature at it's finest!
On the drive home, you’ll want to stop by the boardwalk in Carolina Beach to try the famous Britt’s donuts, voted best in the nation.

It was our first time to Oak Island and Kristy gave us the best recommendations. The house was so perfect it felt like home. We had room to cook, relax, have coffee on the many beautiful porches and play games together. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and close proximity to the Marsh, the estuary and many restaurants!

Beautiful beach house with awesome views of the ocean and inlet. Everything you need is provided except food. A lot of attention to detail in designing and decorating the house. Owner is extremely helpful and involved when needed. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

A Perfect Coastal Getaway!

We stayed here from November 9-13, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the charm, cleanliness, and thoughtful details that made this house feel like a home away from home. The location was unbeatable – just steps away from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck was a daily highlight. Luxury and comfort! A trip to Remember!

After many years of trying to go on vacation with my entire family, including my parents, sisters and their families. We finally made it work. My daughter who finished her 1st year of college, found the Sea Haven in Oak Island. She pushed for it and this listing came up at the perfect time. We needed this home and vacation and it was the perfect fit for us. The owner was very receptive with our questions and accommodating our needs before our arrival. If you think the pictures are beautiful in the listing, just wait until you walk on the property and into the home. We were amazed with the spectacular views and the gorgeous house. The owners paid attention to detail. It had all of the necessities we needed for the week. Every room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing and the furniture was comfortable. We felt like this home welcomed us and was made for our family. The surrounding area was peaceful and throughout the week we filled this home with love and laughter and made memories to last a lifetime. We will definitely go back!

BEST BEACH HOUSE EVER!

We have stayed at a lot of beach houses along the NC/SC coasts from Hilton Head to Fripp Island, Oak Island, Seabrook, and Kiawah Island, but this house exceeded them all. It's hard to find a place that meets all of our requirements for our seven family members, but this one did! Wow!First, it is close to the beach, has beautiful views from every window, porches for rocking in the morning breezes, a refreshing swimming pool, plenty of comfy bedrooms and bathrooms, bunk beds for the kids, as well as pool/beach toys, chairs, floats, boogie boards and wagons to haul everything in. When we arrived with all of our luggage and "stuff", we just pushed an elevator button and -- whoosh -- we were whizzed up to our bedrooms. Did I mention that the kitchen is amazing? It is well stocked with "all the things" we needed for cooking. We ordered groceries to be delivered and -- whoosh -- they were in the elevator up to the kitchen. The dining table was big enough for all of us (plus more) -- and the views from the kitchen/living area were spectacular. When we were ready to explore the island or go out to dinner, we were a short drive to everything. We loved eating at Salt 64 and CoCo Cabana. The shops were fun, too. We also enjoyed a sunset cruise in Southport.Another highlight was kayaking in the canals behind the house. We saw birds and enjoyed the tranquility. We also went "crab hunting" on the beach at night with lanterns. We all agreed -- BEST BEACH HOUSE EVER! :)

We always dreamed of owning our beach house and realized those dreams when we found the perfect lot on Oak Island! We added an elevator and an ADA room and our hope is that you will bring multiple generations to create special family memories. We hope you will return year after year and make this Your Sea Haven!

We love the West Beach! You're a short drive to fabulous Island restaurants and shops, but away from the hustle and bustle of East Beach. Our lot is out of the flood zone, so we were able to build a ground-level foyer with pool fridge and bath. And the views are exceptional! The marsh offers tranquility and natural beauty from the rear of the home, while you can see, hear, and feel the ocean breeze from the front of the home. When you stand in the hallway you turn right to the ocean and left to the marsh! We think we've built a beautiful Haven for you to enjoy!
