"Reset & Unwind" is located on the beautiful east end of Holden Beach with beach access directly across the street! The double decker, house-width porches offer up some of the most amazing ocean views - it almost feels like oceanfront. The views do not end there, they are also enjoyed by the open kitchen, dining and family room with panoramic seascapes. Four of the bedrooms have their own private full baths and two other bedrooms share an upstairs hall full bath. Plenty of room and privacy for all. Steps across the street is the direct access leading to the white, powdery sand for your amazing day of swimming, sunning, shelling and sleeping!! Return from your glorious day on the beach to an outdoor shower featuring hot and cold water! Now back to those porches, rock away the evening with your favorite cold beverage while the sights and sounds of your beach vacation wash all over you. Can't you feel it now - come on - it is time to "Reset & Unwind"!

This private swimming pool is open year round. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

Beach convenience and excellent restaurant choices

We loved the easy access to the beach (across the street) and the convenient location of numerous excellent restaurants where we could get take-out. House was very well equipped for baking and cooking as well. Really enjoyed out stay and would go back again.

Family Wedding Getaway

Many excellent things about this property. 1. 4 of the six bedrooms have full baths, privacy for married couples. 2. The pool is fantastic, we paid extra to have it heated in the end of September (do it). 3. The kitchen is fantastically equipped down to a powdered sugar sifter to make the french toast fancy. 4. Location is great, beach across the street, easy to get what you need from local economy. Could be better. Wear and tear on carpet and some of the bathrooms is evident. Not a deal breaker for us. We would stay again.

Two things

We had a wonderful time! Great ocean view from porch and lots of room. Kitchen well stocked. Two issues- carpet needed cleaning on stairway and in room with twin beds. Room with twin beds needed a complete cleaning. The pool water was extremely cold and I discovered there was a pool heater upon arrival .I contacted the property management company. I was told the heater was an option; however, that request should have occurred during the payment process since use of pool heater was an extra charge. I was not given that information verbally or in any paperwork. We would have certainly enjoyed the pool much more.

Great getaway for thanksgiving holiday!

Great house and location for our family getaway for Thanksgiving holiday! Well stocked home with great views. We had 13 people and everyone had their own space to spread out in. Will definitely come back and recommend to others. Well stocked kitchen, and lots of space for all the family!

Best vacation spot

The check-in process was extremely simple. The property was immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. I have never seen a better stocked kitchen in a vacation rental! There was multiple of every item you could imagine. Plenty of pots and pans of all sizes, baking sheets, blenders, coffee pots etc.! We loved how all of the rooms had the same size beds so everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was directly across the street from the ocean with an easy access. It was wonderful not having to pack the car full of sandy people to drive to a beach access somewhere! The property is a 3 to 5 minute drive to the grocery store (Food Lion) and convenient to anything else you would need during a vacation. The area was nice, definitely a more quiet beach vacation which is what we were looking for. There was plenty of parking for the property. We could comfortably fit six vehicles in the yard. Plus the carport area under the house was nice to have for the kids to play around in. Our family is already planning our next stay in this house! It fit us perfectly and we will for sure be back!

Great Location

Great Location. Across street from beach and beach access. 2 blks from coffee shop and restaurants. Nice balcony seating. Nice size, sun lit rooms to accommodate 6 adults, 2 kids. Very well stocked kitchen (best I've had from a beach rental). Bedrooms are large with own bathrooms. This home needs some love. Fresh paint, new faucets (all old & hard to use), new toilets (all old, tiny and didn't flush well), new showers (all old and narrow, big guys don't fit well), not all TV's worked. That said, the rental company gets 10 stars for their immediate response and recheck during our stay. This locaction is great, but it could be updated to match the location!

Perfect!

Beautiful home with great views of the ocean from both porches! Beach access directly across street. Multiple families stayed together so bedrooms with connecting baths were super convenient! Kitchen had TONS of cooking utensils/cookware perfect for a larger group. Will definitely be back!

Perfect House

The decks on this house make it perfect! Sat out there for hours just looking at the ocean. Our children had a blast in the bunk bed room. Can’t beat four bedrooms having their own personal bathroom. Access to beach is so convenient. Loved this house.

Fantastic Week

This property was the most accommodating for our family as each couple had their own room and bath and their was the perfect room for our two and a half year old grandson. We will definitely rent this property again as it had everything we needed! The kitchen had over the top appliances, so many dishes and utensils you can imagine. The front porch ocean views and sounds of the waves so relaxing. Also back porch for sunsets! We all had a great time!
