Welcome to your beachside retreat! Our updated and newly furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo offers all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The spacious living area features plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Enjoy meals at the dining area, which seats 4.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has been fully updated with a modern vanity and a shower/tub combo.



When you're not soaking up the sun on the beach, take a refreshing dip in the community pool located just steps from the condo. This beachfront condo is the perfect getaway for a memorable vacation.

Our condo is ideally located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral. You'll be steps away from the beach and front-row seats to rocket launches. Our condo is conveniently located only 2 miles away from Port Canaveral, making it the perfect spot to stay before or after your cruise. Plus, with easy access to Orlando, you can enjoy theme parks and attractions. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, with plenty of dining options nearby. Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
