Recently renovated and fully furnished, it provides everything you need for a relaxing and productive stay. Your Private Entrance & Foyer Your private adventure begins at the top of the stairs, where a delightful deck awaits. Unwind and enjoy the fresh air with a table and seating for four and a grill. As you step inside, a large closet on your left provides ample storage for coats, luggage, and shoes. To the right, a designated shoe removal area with a boot tray ensures a clean and comfortable space throughout your stay. Unwind & Relax The entrance area seamlessly transitions into a spacious living & sleeping area (described below). Through the barn door, you'll enter a cozy seating area with an electric fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings with a book by the warm glow. A Chef's Delight: Kitchen & Dining Prepare culinary masterpieces in the large, fully-equipped kitchen. The adjoining dining area boasts a grand bar that comfortably seats five. While a couple of people prepare your meal the others can watch and enjoy a glass of wine, cocktail or beer. Rest & Recharge A full bathroom with essential amenities is conveniently located off the kitchen and dining area. Unwind in the luxurious master bedroom, featuring a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dedicated seating area with two chaise loungers. A spacious walk-in closet ensures all your belongings are neatly organized. The 2nd sleeping & living area This versatile space serves as both your entryway and a comfortable living area. Featuring a plush full-sized bed and a living room space with a massive 65-inch TV, it's perfect for movie marathons or unwinding. Please note: A sliding barn door provides privacy when using the bed, but keep in mind that this space is also the main entrance/exit – anyone coming or going from the apartment will pass through here. We're excited to have you stay in our spacious apartment. To ensure a smooth arrival, here's a quick guide: Early arrivals: if you arrive prior to the check-in time and the unit is vacant, clean and ready you are welcome to use. However, if it is not possible we do have storage options available in our garage for you to use if required. Parking: Our designated guest spots are located in the large gravel parking lot at the back left of the driveway. Please avoid parking in front of the garage doors or near the pool gate entrance. Entering Your Private Space: Ascend the two short flights of stairs leading to the sliding glass door. You'll find a key box attached, and we'll send you the access code on your arrival day. Sharing the Space: While you have a completely private second-floor apartment, kindly note that this is an owner-occupied property. We live below on the main floor, with a separate, locked stairway ensuring your privacy. Backyard & Pool Access: You'll have shared access to our backyard, pool, and pool house. Keep in mind this is a shared space. The pool is typically quiet weekdays. On weekends, we may have occasional family or friends visiting. Please feel free to enjoy the pool regardless! Friendly Canine Companion (Please Note): While we can't accommodate guest pets at this time, we do have a friendly, medium-sized senior dog named Hogan. He enjoys spending his days lounging in our fenced-in backyard and may occasionally chase a ball or frisbee. **Pool Open** May 1st till October 1st - ***Pool is not heated*** Happy to Meet You! If you're a dog lover, we'd be happy to introduce you to Hogan upon arrival. However, if you have any concerns about sharing the space with a dog, please let us know. We'll do everything we can to ensure a comfortable stay for both you and Hogan.
