This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. A comfy, double size bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room means the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:
Island Breeze Corner Market
Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs
High-speed elevators
Covered parking

Beach Activities
Large private beach
Tiki Bar with live music on weekends in season

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Beautiful oceanfront property

This was a cozy property at Boardwalk. A few throw blankets for the bedrooms and sofa bed would have been appreciated, otherwise the hosts did a great job. :)

Exactly what we needed

The condo was exactly as described. Clean and ready to go when we arrived. We had a relaxing stay and are ready to go back. The communication from the property manager was so good up front that we didn’t have any questions or needs upon arrival.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The balcony furniture needs to be updated. The security guy was very rude to our whole family about having our pool bands on our skin not on anything we were wearing! We come there a lot in spring and summer but someone like him makes you not want to come back!

Beautiful views

The condo staff and security were so friendly and helpful. The pool was large enough for all families to enjoy. Family friendly atmosphere. Quiet hours were honored and enforced. The walk to the beach was a short distance with jet ski rental and boat rentals right on the beach; a live band at the bar and grill; a sundry shop with ice cream and smoothies and beach supplies on the premises. Everything was so convenient. Overall, a great experience. We felt safe and enjoyed the beach everyday. The location is great, too! A grocery store a mile away and several attractions within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back to the same place next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place. However there was some not one tv that worked, and which was in the living room. There was also a sign that said “arcade” and my kids were excited until we were told it was no longer there. Would have also liked to see lifeguards at the pool, and would have loved to have seen more no diving signs posted. My brother in law dove into a pool and broke his neck and died so I’m a little over cautious about this stuff

Property was under construction, elevators definitely need attention or replaced. Room has been well used floors could use a good cleaning. Washing machine flooded the hallway. Could not use for the week we was there. Had to go to the laundry mat. No one ever reached out to us about the issues

Great facility

Easy rental - beautiful unit as described with a great view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. Facilities were clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall would be the elevators need ventilation fans installed or if installed need to be operational.

Great first visit to Panama City Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was great. Staff was very nice and efficient. Pool was nice, warm and clean. Beach was beautiful. Would recommend to anyone. Our family enjoyed the condo very much. The condo was clean, well stocked and overall perfect. View from master bedroom was absolutely wonderful! Balcony was just right. Thanks!!!

Extremely satisfied

Great location. Co do was clean and had spectacular views. Entire complex was clean and offered great amenities. I would love to stay again at this condo and same unit. Check in and check out process flawless. . Sufficient elevators made wait times very short. Parking was abundant and convenient. Great place to stay. Would recommend to others.

Amazing!

This condo was amazing. The bedrooms were large and beds extremely comfortable! Tons of room for our family and you cannot beat the view! We loved every minute of our stay and would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Not As Represented

It was not the actual unit that was shown online. I thought I was reserving unit 209, as pictured, but ended up in unit 1109. The pictured unit had a dining table on the balcony which we wanted so we could take our meals together overlooking the water. More seriously it was represented that we would have access to the balcony from the king bedroom. The door to the balcony was locked “at the request of the owner” according to a sign on the door. I made the representative at the welcome center aware that the door was locked, and I was told she would make a note of it. Also the unit only had two wristbands for access to the pool when we had indicated four guests. Considering the cost of the unit, I expected everything to be right and as represented.

Thank you for your recent stay with us at Royal American Beach Getaways. I am sorry you feel you didn't get the unit you booked. I looked at your reservation and the unit C1109 is the unit you book. We at Royal American Beach Getways do not manage unit C0209. I am not sure where the disconnect happened while booking. I do apologize for the inconveniences you had during your stay.
