Recently renovated ..brand new furniture …and quiet peaceful patio & pond .comfortable sheets and bedding … U also have the option to rent a 5 bedroom house also on the property with an seperate entrance and parking area . Apartment has its own entrance and parking area as well as yard. Very peaceful on 5 acres of land.

Please bring all garbage to the end of the Driveway at checkout . All garbage has to fit in cans. u cant leave any brown garbage bags next 2 the cans because animals will get into it and make mess. .
Please make sure all dishes you use are clean and put away

Or in winter set heat to 68
Please put all towels and sheets on floor in bathroom near washer/dryer
Please empty freazer and fridge
