Recently renovated ..brand new furniture …and quiet peaceful patio & pond .comfortable sheets and bedding … U also have the option to rent a 5 bedroom house also on the property with an seperate entrance and parking area . Apartment has its own entrance and parking area as well as yard. Very peaceful on 5 acres of land.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please bring all garbage to the end of the Driveway at checkout . All garbage has to fit in cans. u cant leave any brown garbage bags next 2 the cans because animals will get into it and make mess. .
Please make sure all dishes you use are clean and put away Please put all items back where you found them Please set air conditioned on 76 at checkout Or in winter set heat to 68
Please put all towels and sheets on floor in bathroom near washer/dryer Please empty freazer and fridge please lock door when you leave

Modern updated apartment

We used this as an add-on to an adjacent rental for our group and it provided just the privacy that was needed. Huge bathroom. Nice spot! Very communicative owner. Would rent again.

Host very responsive and welcoming. Originally the place hadn’t been used in awhile so was dirty but was cleaned by the time we came back for the evening. Beautiful place and perfect for our family to stay in as we were in a baseball tournament. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances.
