This cozy intracoastal condo is situated in the well known Sea Club Resort, a resort style building with a private fishing dock, heated pool, shuffleboard and BBQ grills. It's location offers the privacy and serenity of the Intracoastal Waterway with an opportunity to view local wildlife (fish, dolphins, manatee) with the convenience of only a 5-minute walk to the beach!

Condo Features:
Kitchen - Stainless steel appliances throughout and featuring a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to make meals while away.

Living Room - Plush leather sofa and chairs offer seating for everyone, coupled with a large TV for endless entertainment.

Primary Bedroom - Oversized primary suite with Queen bed, smart TV and dazzling updated ensuite bathroom.

Second Bedroom - Queen bed and Twin/Full bunk offers extra room (great for families!).

Laundry - Washer and Dryer in unit for guest convenience.

Hallway Bath - Dazzling updated hallway bath with shower/tub combination.

Balcony - Dine al fresco, enjoying the breeze on the balcony off kitchen and living room.

Last minute getaway

Check in/ out process was easy. Short walk to the public beach access. We loved having access to the beach chairs, towels, wagon, umbrellas, etc. The pool was nice and shuffle board was a bonus for our kids. The condo was clean and location was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

This condo was exactly as described! It had everything we needed for a family of 5 :) The walk to the beach was quick and easy! The condo offers a beach wagon, several umbrellas, beach towels and blankets, chairs, beach toys and more! It made our trips to the beach so convenient! I LOVE that the beaches are quiet on this side of town vs being right in Clearwater! 15 mins to Clearwater or 15 mins to St John’s Pass :) The pool is very nice! A little too warm if you’re trying to cool off but it is Florida so…we loved the little pier out back that over looks the intracoastal! Our 15 y/o son enjoyed fishing and catching wild life lol we saw dolphins and a shark as well as many birds and fish! If this is available next time we are in town we will definitely be booking it again!

Perfect quiet calm atmosphere

Nice little condo. Beautiful mostly empty beach. Very laid back area. Not at all like the overcrowded and 50 dollar parking tourists hell hole that is now clearwater. Very clean neighborhood. Loved the pool. If you stay here try out the clam shack and the salt rock grill. You wont be disappointed. We are absolutely going to make this spot a yearly trip. St pete and tampa have everything you could want fairly close. Clearwater is 10 min down the gulf blv if thats your thing. But theres a much quiter and peaceful beach a couple hundred feet away.
