2 Bedrm / 2 Bath Myrtle Beach Family Friendly Condo. Newly updated throughout!!

This condo is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit located at the Legends Golf Resort in Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 10 people. There are 2 queen beds in the master bedroom as well as 2 full-size beds and a sleeper sofa in the guest bedroom. We have done lots of updating recently including all new appliances, new wood flooring throughout the unit, new mattresses, 3 HD TVs with Roku, Amazon Echo, Bluetooth stereo, Nintendo Classic, and more.

We provide all linens, towels, dishware and silverware (the kitchen comes fully equipped). Guests will have free access to the swimming pool and tennis courts located directly across the street from the villa as well as the hot tubs located just a short walk down the sidewalk. There is a lighted driving range with practice putting green and bunker available as well (buckets of balls are $5). Please inquire about discounts on greens fees at any of the community's three championship courses.

The villa includes a large swimming pool and well-manicured tennis courts just a few short steps from the front door. The Ailsa Pub offers delicious food and drink daily and is a short 5-minute walk from our unit.

Myrtle Beach major attractions (the beachfront, Broadway at the Beach, major shopping areas, etc.) are all within a 10-15 minute driving radius of the property.

Some of our favorite local destinations include Brookgreen Gardens, Surfside Beach, and Rivertown Bistro in nearby Conway.

Parking is free on-site and there are plenty of spots available.

The airport is just 15 minutes by car as well.

Taxi services like Uber will take you anywhere in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas.

Excellent communication and location

Dan was wonderful communicating with and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend his place especially if you are coming to enjoy all the wonderful golf courses nearby. The pool was right across from the condo and the condo itself has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Golf course condo

Comfy beds. Close walk to pool. And close to my mom in Conway are all things we enjoyed. Plus it is short drive to Broadway at the beach. And the mall. Owner checked in several times to make sure everything was ok. If only I played golf the legends golf club looked super nice!

A Great Place!

The condo was in great condition. It was clean and spacious for our group of 7. It’s located across from the pool and a very short drive to shopping and restaurants. It’s within 20-30 minutes from both Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach. Dan is very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Just the best!

Great area, very clean! Dan had wonderful communication and even checked in on us! We travelled as a family of three(11 month old). It was so nice for the baby to have her own bedroom so parents could enjoy the evening. Didn't bother the baby at all when we were in the rest of the house. Takes about 15 minutes to get to the beach, but that wasn't an issue for us.

Great Stay!

This property is perfect for a Myrtle Beach trip. Located at Legends, so the pro shop/course is only 3 minutes away. 2 dining options without leaving the premises, and the Grumpy Monk nearby without going on the highway. Place was clean, host was excellent at communicating and checked in to make sure everything was going well. All the amenities are there. TV has lots of channels. Parking is right outside and visible from the windows. Golf bag storage immediately inside the front door is a nice feature. Large bedrooms with nice full baths for each. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and inviting

Very comfortable space with all the amenities and feel of home! The grounds and facilities were impeccable and beautifully kept! Everyone we encountered there was extremely friendly and helpful! Dan, the owner of our unit, could not have been nicer...before, during and after our stay. If I had a question or concern, he was never more than a quick text away! His response time to his patrons shows his commitment to customer service and integrity! I have never experienced an easier,more seamless check in/ check out procedure...easy, peasy! Excellent Villa at the Legends.

I am a frequent VRBO guest. My brother-in-law and I rented Dan's villa while we attended the Class Swing Golf School's 3-day course and played each of the courses at the Legends. Although the Villa was bigger than two people needed, it was excellent in all respects. Very well maintained and clean. The location couldn't have been better for our trip. Although we had plans to visit some restaurants in town, we never left the resort and took all of our meals at the Clubhouse and the Ailsa Pub, which is a short walk from the Villa. We used Uber to get to and from the airport and the resort shuttle to get back and forth from golf facilities. Dan was an excellent host and checked in with me everyday. Highly recommend.

My wife, Deanna, and I were married in 2013 and we are the proud parents of two boys, Dominic and Luca. Some of our interests include reading, hiking, golf, skiing, and the beach.

The golf, the beach, the food, the climate. The lists goes on and on. Myrtle Beach is a great all-around destination, not to mention nearby Pawleys Island, Charleston and Wilmington.

We've done a lot of updating since purchasing the property including all new appliances, new flooring, windows, furniture and electronics.

We really enjoy the quiet location at the Legends Resort while still being close to all of Myrtle Beach's major attractions.
