This charming home is 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with an open layout. The living and dining areas have all new furniture and a 42" flat screen TV. The living room features a temper pedic queen plus sized sleeper sofa, requires King sheets. There is also a full bath on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Additional amenities include a front screened in porch on the first floor, a 2nd floor open deck, rear patio, central air and high-speed wireless internet. Smart TV with streaming apps and dedicated house Hulu account available on the main TV in the family room. Property offered in the off season for weekly rentals. Friday to Friday option may be available. Please inquire for more details.
