Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Quaint beach house in a quiet and safe beach community. 5 houses up from the beach and private beach access. Perfect for a family get away or a couples vacation. Minutes from Downtown Niantic and a short drive to Mystic, CT, casinos, and Rhode Island. Close to Electric Boat and Dominion. 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with one queen each, one bedroom containing two twin beds, one room with one full bed and plenty of room in the family room for an air mattress.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Keys under the front doormat. Beach pass returned where it found.
Lock all doors. Shut all windows. Turn off ALL lights. Turn off fans and AC. Lower heat to 65
Take out trash to bins. Leave trash out front for trash pick up Monday morning
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Checking out: Please turn AC, lights, and any appliances off. Please lock and close all windows and doors
All garbage/recycle must be placed in the appropriate bins and left at the end of the driveway/curb in front of home for garbage pick up Monday at 8am
Checking out: Leave keys under the front door mat/beach pass in the designated drawer.trash bins not placed curbside @ checkout will result in $50fee

The house was beautiful, roomy and clean. The back deck was perfect for coffee in the morning and hanging out at night. It’s a nice neighborhood, and you can see the ocean from the front yard. The walk down to the (very cute) beach was less than 2 minutes. A great vacation!

Highly recommend!

The house was extremely clean. We enjoyed the beach area. It was a easy walk. The neighbors were pleasant. We will definitely check into renting this place again for our next trip down.
