After suffering through your demands and tantrums I can honestly say I expected to see this type of review. I find it interesting how your story changed from "I was woken up at midnight" to "I was woken up at every hour" seems like your story continues to evolve. I specifically took off time from work to accommodate your demand for early check in. I arranged to accommodate your demand for access to the apartment after your checkout to retrieve your carelessly forgotten items. I endured your foul language in your emails and your general acidic communication. I will not be renting to you again in any of my properties. For the benefit of those reading these reviews here is the email that I sent to Tracy when I refunded a portion of her stay: Tracy, Just to add clarity the rental of the unit was itemized for you on your receipt. For your convenience I will repeat the outline of the charges here: 2 nights - $400.00 (that works out to $200 per night) Cleaning Fee - $100.00 Parking Fee - $120.00 Pet Fee - $75.00 (you did have two dogs with you) all other money spent was payment to VRBO/HomeAway or to the State of NH in the case of the taxes and have no control over. After making special arrangements to get you checked in several hours early on Friday and then making extended arrangements to allow you access to the property after your check out on Saturday morning I decided to graciously grant a refund of 50% of the remaining nights stay ( 50% of $200 is $100) even though my published policy is that refunds are only given if notification is given 30 in advance and partial refunds are only given with notification within two weeks of the rental date. I feel bad that you did not enjoy your stay and I tried to express this with a generous partial refund of the unused night.
