Nicely appointed and newly renovated. It is second floor which provided some nice views and breeze. It is small but plenty of room for wife and and dog. Nice restaurants just a mile north.

If you're in the area make sure that you stay here. This is one of the nicest VRBO that we have stayed at. It was centrally located to so many things like whale watching, and visiting Ipswich, Essex, and Salem,not to mention the beach. There are all kinds of little bars and restaurants in the area. The unit was fully appointed and so clean!! There is a steep staircase you have to use to access the unit which wasnt a problem for us but it might be for someone with mobility issues. Will definitely stay here again of we return to the area Thanks for sharing your space with us

Great Stay!

Just a quick weekend trip with the family but the property owners made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the best parts of the area. Right down the road from Hampton Beach, walking distance to all parts of Salisbury Beach, the amenities were perfect for a fantastic beach outing. The mattress in the bed room was very comfortable and the pull out was perfect for our two kids. Dog friendly was a huge plus for us. The owners were very responsive and genuinely cared for us to have a great time, and it was!
