Hibiscus Hideaway Cozy home, Pet Friendly, Pool, Hot Tub, Kayaks & Bikes

Cute stucco Hideaway with a carport patio. Additional parking available for RV, Boat or Jet Ski trailers next to carport. 22 ft above ground pool with tanning deck in the backyard. 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, 2 bikes available to go on adventures in the area. 3 Adult fishing poles and 1 youth fishing pole are also on the premises. Large side yard on this corner lot for outdoor games.
2 bedrooms and sunroom with games, TV, and exercise equipment. Sunroom was converted to a large bedroom with a King Modular bed, it is not a second bedroom as it doesn't have a door but there is a wall partition available.
We have upgraded to a Smart Home. Alexa controls plugs, roomba, door locks and thermostat. Informationon how to ask her to do things is available in the Welcome Packet
