Not the cleanest place we’ve stayed. Very close to the other cabins. Temperature of hot tub was good but smelled after the first time we got in & seats were slimy feeling. Needed a good cleaning & some disinfectant. Lots of room though & very close to Gatlinburg & pigeon forge attractions.

We were not notified of any issues at check in or the day after you checked in when we sent an email inquiring how everything was. We always aim for 5 star vacations and will do whatever we can to make it one!

The property needs some repairs-bathrooms need updated-tiles missing/beoken. Only one pool stick for pool table. Decking loose/nails sticking up. Table on deck wobbly. Parking very limited.

When we got there, the foosball table leg was broken, so the guys couldn’t play that. We had on one pool stick, to play pool. The bedroom downstairs with the walk in shower is where me and my husband stayed, the floor was not cleaned at all. The upstairs floor was the same. The ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom with the walk in shower was so wobbly, sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. The cabin to us looks like it needs to have a little TLC.

Although we had a blast in Tennessee and will return, officially the place we chose to stay disappointed us. The cleanliness of the cabin had much to be desired. Other smaller things needed to be fixed or replaced. We started to take pictures of all the issues and up some point just stopped. One of the main issues was the air unit did not heat the first floor. So during the day it was 80 degrees inside and we literally had sweat running down our face. The other main issue was communication with the owner. Several times I reached out about important issues that needed to be addressed and the response I got was that he would get back to me in a couple of hours which never happened. Sometimes the next day, maybe. But for the amount of money I paid for this cabin that was not acceptable. The numerous times after action on his part correct any of the issues. He would send me messages saying if I gave him a five star review that I would have a chance to win 100 gift card. We spent so much money for our families all across the United States to come visit and enjoy each other. We all deserve better.
