Kitchen
Our kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, cookie pans, knives, toaster, crockpot, instant pot, blender and coffee bar. The table seats nine to ten with three bar stools at the counter.

Parking
Need lots of parking? 6 cars depending on how big, will fit in the driveway. If you need additional space for a trailer, please contact me.

Your Hosts
We want you to have a fun and stress free stay. We provide tips and suggestions for the area. Easy check in and check out! We only ask you load and start the dishwasher at check out. Theres no chore list at check out.

Location
You can get to lots of restaurants and activities in a few minutes. During the busy seasons, you will be thankful to be at your cabin-not stuck in traffic! You will loved being able to get to restaurants, grab a pizza or run to Food City in just a few minutes. The back decks are amazing. A perfect place to hang out and relax!

The cabin is in a woodsy area. We have pest control come every month plus additional quarterly visits. The cabin has been professionally sealed. You might see bugs despite these efforts.

Dogs who are well behaved are welcome. There is a $75 fee for the 1st dog. $50 for second dog. Owners are responsible for any damage and clean up. Airbnb will charge for the first dog. I will send an invoice for the additional dog. If you have more than two dogs, please message me.

No parties
No smoking inside
Guests must be 18+ or children staying with parents.

Starter sets of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. You may need to purchase more during your stay.

Charcoal, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are not provided.

For your protection there is a security camera at the front door.

No refunds for weather/natural disaster/power outages or anything out of our control. Please purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect your family's vacation investment.

Super cute little cabin! Hot tub felt so great! So so clean everywhere, didn’t see a single insect. Huge beds!!!! Jennie was super sweet and let us go back to get something we left! 10/10 recommend, especially for the price!

Jennie was a great host. The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything you could need for your stay. The extra ice machine and arcade game was an added bonus. The home is in a great location to the Pigeon Forge Parkway where all the things to do are. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay

The cabin is in a great location, not far from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was spotless and the furniture was in great shape. We enjoyed the hot tub and we played many games of pool. Although we didnt use the swimming pool, it was close to the cabin. We would love to stay here the next time we go to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg.

Great weekend

A great place to stay! Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Loved the hot tub! And the kids (and adults) loved the arcade machine. Only complaint was the size and amount of towels.

Perfect home base for our family vacation with our kids and grandkids. The kitchen is very well equipped which allowed us to make several meals at the cabin. It was great that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and the arcade games. Conveniently located. Easy to get places without having to drive on mountain roads. Plenty of room for parking several cars.

Family vacation

Every year our family goes to the beach, this year we wanted something a little different, and this cabin didn’t disappoint! We loved coming back to the hot tub in the afternoon and evenings and when we did stay in for dinner the kitchen had everything we needed! Loved the decorating too !

Great cabin for our Spring Break vacay

Our group of nine (4 couples including one 4-year old) stayed here over Spring Break, and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone, all rooms are essentially identical (and beautiful) so no drama about who gets what, super conveniently located, plenty of parking, lots of hangout space- overall great cabin. Highly recommend!

This home was wonderful and exactly as pictured! The check in process and communication with the owner was top notch. 👌 The home is perfect for families or groups of friends, ideal location, and very well-maintained - you can tell the owner cares and is detail oriented. The linens, appliances, & utensils provided are of good quality and in good condition. We will 100% consider this home for our next visit to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg and 100% recommend it!

Great stay !!

The property was wonderful . It worked well for our family . We did have a couple of concerns . The key pad on the door lock has a low battery . The door to the pool has a wasp nest in it . The children loved the pool ! The kitchen breaker kept flipping when we cooked breakfast . Thankfully the breaker box was in a place where we could get to it . The men in the group say the breaker needs replaced. Thank you for the lovely stay . I was confused by how to contact you while in the cabin so a little user friendlier way to contact you would be helpful .

I love the location of this cabin! It is very easy to drive in. A peaceful place just 1 mile from the Parkway. Flat, paved roads. It was built recently. It is beautiful and so nice to enjoy with family and friends!

What makes this property unique

This cabin has something for everyone. A full stocked kitchen, amazing decks, fun theatre room and pool table. Relaxing hot tub!
Traffic in the Smokies can be challenging. Our cabin's location is perfect! It is right in the middle of the action. It is a very short drive to restaurants, shopping and activities.
