Interior was very nicely presented clean and well prepared. Location was excellent. Photo on website is not of interior, but reality was good. Would stay again.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a good location close to restaurants and parks. It had a lot of amenities and we were very comfortable there. I would definitely recommend it!

So much bigger than we expected! Very comfy beds and furniture. Only a few minutes walk to a park and trails. Fully stocked kitchen and easy to find. Convenient location.
I chose this area because its pretty close to our training facility for the week. Nice quiet area and beautiful area. The lake is just around the corner.
Of the 5 VRBOS we stayed at this trip, the one was the best. It was very clean and modern. Charlie was very responsive to our questions. She has furnished the kitchen with every appliance you might need. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Property was maintained very well and furnished nicely. Eveey room was well appointed and we were impressed with all the amenities provided by the host. The location is excellent as well. Close to downtown, but still away and secluded near the lagoon. The rates and cleaning fees were very reasonable as well.I will definitely book this place again when I visit Anchorage.
Property was perfect for us, we came to anchorage over the weekend for all state music festival that our kids were in. Fit our needs well. Took us a minute to figure the heat settings out and the host was very helpful!

Great stay at a beautiful comfortable home in a nice area of Anchorage. House is in excellent condition and appears to have been recently remodeled (note that back deck is currently being torn down and replaced which should make this home even nicer once complete). Bed was comfy and hosts very friendly and responsive, plus right next door to a beautiful walking trail and pond. A great introduction to Anchorage for my wife and I. Would stay again, hopefully for longer than just 1 night next time!!
Property was nice with quality furnishings. Easy to get downtown or go adventuring. The washer would get stuck on rinse/spin, had to manually move things forward. Hostess was very prompt in replies.
We had a great stay here. Lots of room for 5 adults. Very close drive to downtown Anchorage or surrounding sites. Great kitchen to cook in. Very clean. Just a warning - lol...extra room has sky lights so during the summer if you can only sleep in the dark, not a room for you. This did not bother us - we were always very tired at the end of the day. The two downstairs room had dark out curtains which the rest of the family liked! A short walk to the lagoon which has a nice walking trail and lots of birds/ducks to view. A great place to stay!
Better than the photos. This was a big home. Plenty of space. Clean. Felt like home. Everything you need and more. In, what appears to be, a good neighborhood of older homes all being renovated and lots of curb appeal all around this area. We loved just walking the streets and seeing all the things people were doing to their homes. Only a block away is a park that my kids loved to play at. And we took several walks on the coastal trail right by this park. We would have loved to stay here longer. Great place!!!
I booked this VRBO for the proximity to Westchester Lagoon. My daughter and I love to ice skate when coming through Anchorage and Westchester is a great spot to do that. The house was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had a blender (not super common in rentals), some spices, and a keurig coffee maker. The only complaint I have is that noise from the neighbor (this until is a side by side duplex) could be heard pretty easily. The most common sounds were running (like a dog or kids) up and down the stairs.
