Professionally decorated, smoke free, pet friendly, 4/3 gulf/beach side, private, duplex/ condo with kid friendly pool, located only steps away from pristine Ft. Morgan beach. This gulf/ beach side home” captures everything you could want in a dream vacation.

With high ceilings throughout, each spacious room and bedroom has breathtaking gulf views. With approximately 2450 square feet of open concept living area and a separate dining area, this home offers lots of space for everyone both inside and out. Our 500 sq ft. deck has furniture to sit out and drink your coffee/toddy, watch the dophins, and play cards.

The cook’s eat-in kitchen with bar/stools is well equipped with just about anything you might need. A separate 6 person dining area offers plenty of dining area and extra seating open to the neighboring living area. The large living space offers a queen size sleeper sofa and seating for everyone. The main floor contains one queen size bedroom with ocean view and connects to the main floor bath.

The spacious second level consists of 3 bedrooms… A large king master bedroom with sitting area, large private bath and covered deck overlooking the ocean. The neighboring 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and a bathroom shared with the bunk room. This 3rd “bunk” bedroom consists of a queen bed, and a twin over full bunk bed with large windows and another magnificent ocean view.

Each room contains a television and DVD for your viewing pleasure, as well as WiFi for those who must stay plugged in.

'Lotsa Sands' is home away from home; offering privacy from the separating peninsula, and only a few miles away from some of the best entertainment, attractions, outlet shopping and restaurants around!!

Fantastic and beautiful, very private place and what can I say about the house? The photos don't really do it justice. Beautiful, everything you need is at hand. Extremely spacious and clean. Just a few steps from the ocean, you can relax. It's like an oasis, but you have everything at hand. I give it an 11 out of 10.

Absolutely loved the location!

We loved it! It’s in a great location away from all the crowds and is in very close proximity to the beach. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and at the beach. Allyson was very responsive and check in was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!

Fort Morgan Family Gathering

Lotsa Sand is a great place to vacation! We had a wonderful time playing in the Gulf. The water was almost as clear as the pool! It was perfect for all ages. The beach was beautiful and not a long walk away, even for us old folks. It was so nice not to have to compete for beach space too. With only 4 condos and a couple of other houses sharing the space it was really almost private. Pool time was like that too! The condo is laid out well for privacy as well as large open areas for group gatherings. Well equipped kitchen! Nice large fridge. Plenty of parking room underneath and outside. All in all many happy memories were made here!

Great beach stay

This property was perfect for our group. The close beach and easy access to the pool was fantastic. And the house was a perfect space for all of our needs. We would book this place again and again. It worked for everyone in our group from 1 year old to 70 years old

Best Family Vacation

We had the best experience for the first at Fort Morgan. The rental house met all our expectations. I had messaged the owner about high chairs and a pack n play. She did not have one at the time but purchased both before our stay. So nice and friendly people.

Spring break 24

Great low key place to stay. Short walk to the beach. Beach was never crowded. Plenty of space for 12 people to spread out and relax. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Fantastic

Myself and nine of my friends stayed hear over a weekend to celebrate me getting married. The beach doesn’t get crowded in this location, and the unit was very nice and had plenty of room.

Great Property - Awesome Beach

Our family enjoyed a relaxing stay at this Ft. Morgan property. The home had plenty of space for 9 adults. The white sand beach was beautiful. Great for wildlife watching. We saw dolphins, rays, sand dollars, pelicans, skimmers and ospreys. Definitely would stay here again.

Loved the private beach!!

We had a fantastic weekend! Greatly enjoyed the house and the easy walk to the beach. We had 13 people with us ranging in age from 10 to 78!! Check in and check out was super easy. Would recommend having the air turned down a little bit. It was 78 when we arrived and it took all night to cool down!! Thanks so much!

Nice vacation house

The owner was amazing and check in was easy. The location was great just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen had all we needed plus some. The only downside was that the house wasn’t very clean. We also found no cleaning supplies like a broom or dish rags or dish towels. Over all a great place to stay and we would like to stay here again sometime.

Great location, nice pool, lots of space

Our group of 10 adults, 1 baby, and 2 dogs had a blast at this condo. The pool was great, and the beach is a short walk (1 minute) away. The condo has plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing, hanging out, and lots of eating room. The only issue we encountered was that the dishwasher didn't work. There was a stinky pool of water at the bottom. I'm sure the owner will have this taken care of soon.

Loved the location

Overall this was a great get away with my family. The house itself was beautiful from first glance but when you looked closer you could see imperfections. The cleaning crew is not doing the best job in the kitchen. We found a lot of the kitchen items to still have old food on them. The location was secluded and you definitely have to pay attention when you are about to turn it. There was plenty of beds/bedrooms for 4 adults and 7 children. Plenty of parking too, we had 2 cars and 2 trucks that fit nicely in our space. The beach was a short walk and the museum was a short drive. The food at sassy bass was really good. Would definitely come back.

Perfect location

Pros: The location was wonderful! We felt like we had our own private beach! Nice neighbors with a shared private pool for the 4 units only. Away from everything but only 15 mins from everything we needed. The room was way bigger and nicer than the pictures let on. We had everything we needed. Steps from the ocean! Cons: Bring an extra soap and extra toilet paper. Beds aren't the best but that could just be us (most of us in our party like firmer beds). Washer took a couple tries to get. Overall: I'd definitely stay again! Plus Communication with Alley was great. 5 stars!

It was a very nice place on a secluded beach, the only issue was some cigarette smoke smell in the master bedroom. Overall though we would stay there again!

Great Vacation Rental!

Everything about this Condo was great! The only downside is that it’s about 20 miles to a Grocery Store. As for the Host, if I could give her more than a 5 star review, I absolutely would. The AC went out on our last night there, she responded within 10 minutes & a repair person was there within the hour! I’ve rented numerous times on VRBO & this host is by far the best I’ve encountered! Enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future!!
