This house was right on the beach and a short private boardwalk away. This made it great for going back and forth to the house especially for family’s with little children. AC worked great and the kitchen was very well appointed for making meals at home. The commercial ice make in the utility room was wonderful to have. Our family agreed this was one of the best beach homes we have stayed at and we have stayed at many through the years.

We booked this last minute and couldn’t be happier. The house was perfect for our group. It had plenty room for everyone and the direct beach access was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) we needed and more. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

This house is excellent in terms of being directly on the beach with a very short walkway to the sand. It is well laid out in terms of bedrooms, kitchen and living areas and the HVAC worked well on really hot days. It is great for a family vacation with 3 king beds and lots of bunks for the kids. The property manager was very alert to our needs. I was surprised, however, that the beach was not private so was more crowded than the other upscale areas in Ft Morgan. Also, this is the only neighborhood where we've stayed that the beach service is not allowed to put up a tent. The property could use a few upgrades (nicer sheets and towels) and updates (master toilet finicky). We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpets and upstairs bathrooms. Overall, this house was a good choice and would have been a 5 had we known about the beach equipment and those few changes suggested above.

We appreciate your feedback Kathy! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your beach vacation! We could not agree more about the perfect location and functional floor plan! You are welcome to rent beach equipment and have it delivered to the house. The rental companies will just not set up a permanent tent. We will definitely check out the toilet and pass along your feedback about the carpet. It was our pleasure hosting you. Thanks so much for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back again for a future stay! Coastal View Vacations

Beautiful house and location

We spent 7 nights and had a lovely time. The house could use a few renovations but the layout and location of this house was perfect for our 3 families with multiple children. We especially liked the back deck, balconies, ease of walking to the beach, outdoor shower, and multiple hoses made beaching so easy! The property manager was also very responsive to our needs/questions!

House was a great size for the family. Close to pool. Nice boardwalk to the beach. Interior finishing were a bit outdated for such a nice house. But the view makes up for that...and the deck was great!

Excellent host and Very nice property

Wonderful location. Excellent hosts and very responsive to inquiries or requests. The house was clean and updated. Only small thing was back door to deck/beach didn’t always want to latch and stay closed but nothing to get upset about. Kids and family were in and so much it was rarely noticed. Would stay there again and recommend the host as well.

Paradise at the beach

We were a large family of 8, with kids and grandparents and dogs! We had the very best time, just relaxing and watching the waves…. Especially mom loved this part. The back deck is heaven and all the beds and couches were so comfy. Even the dogs loved everything ! Thank you so much ! We will be back !

Best family vacay by far!

This house was so spacious, and with the outside charcoal grill and inside gas stove and griddle, made it so much more easier to keep the masses fed! We love Fort Morgan because it is less commercial and more "beachy". Plus, we travel with our furbabies and the beach is dog friendly! Afternoon strolls with them were so much fun. We were never crowded on the beach, with plenty of space for the kids to roam. We opted for the ferry ride home...so glad we did as it was spectacular and showed us a never before traveled way through Mobile. Can't wait to return!
