Nice for the price

Good base for a family, the traffic to and from Orlando is insane 24/7 though. Plan on at least an hour each way for a 35 mile drive.

Overall the property was comfortable the only real issues we ran into was that there was a couple times we saw roaches and holes in the walls were it looked like the door was slammed into it and broken furniture and a few stained dishes.

There is a serious pest issue. The ants and roaches were pretty bad. We had to purchase bug spray since the company never came to deal with the issue. Also they changed us an 85 fee for getting locked out. They claimed they didn't have a key to their own property.

Thank you for your feedback, but just to clarify we didn't charge the guest 85 dollars because we didn't have the key. They locked the door from the inside and we had to call a locksmith. After the guest check out we did an inspection for bugs and no activity was found. Thank you.
