This condo is just a short walk from Leland Snow Play in winter and Lleand Lake in summer, at an elevation of 6300ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath, 3rd bedroom loft, sleeps 9, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, Big screen cable TV/DVD. Fireplace, wood provided, WiFi, 3 levels , big snow in winter, cool breeze in summer. Beautiful view, wonderful part of the forest, great family fun, winter fun. It doesn't get any better than this. Close to Pinecrest lake and Beardsley Reservoir right across the hwy.

CLEANING:
We have always and will continue to use clorox, lysol cleaners, disinfectant sprays, and laundry sanitizer, vinegar, bleach as appropriate for each surface type. We have always taken great care to protect our guests! You should leave it tidy, rinsed dishes go into dishwasher so there's no ants etc. Cabins blankets and towels stay at the cabin. The crew does the rest.

*** Pet exception: Pets are allowed must be pre approved. You bring your own bedding, bed sizes listed by room in amenities and towels. We leave mattress covers and pillows with protector covers. Pet stays on main level, no trace of pet upon departure.
*Upper Leland Rd is one way, off street parking in front of stairs.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Departure day, Collect the used towels into the tub/shower. Rinse dishes and load, contractor will run dushwasher. If you booked with a pet cleanup after pet inside and out.
Leave the cabin tidy inside and out. Clean up any food messes to prevent pests or wildlife incidents. Follow trash instructions provided in arrival and departure instructions prior to arrival.
Leave beds and bedding for the contractor, please no bedding on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please bring toiletries, hand/laundry soaps, flash lights, all food items. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap/pods. No flushing objects
Please bring your trash bags, for kitchen and baths to collect and put in outside cans.
Pet request. Bring your bedding. No trace of pet upon departure inside or outside. Pet must stay on main level. No glitter, markers, paints, poppers.

When I started, the cabins didn't even have TV, it was the forest and fun that drew guests up the mountain to play, swim, fish, hike, bike, horseback ride and visit Columbia State Park, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Pinecrest lake, Ice skating, snow play, Tuolumne and Stainislaus River, big Trees and so much more. It has been a pleasure to serve thousands of guests over the years. We do our very best to make each stay a great experience. The crew works exceptionally hard to keep everything going!
