If you parked in the garage, please move your car to the street before leaving. Return to the unit and leave the fob keys inside.
To exit the building, you don’t need a fob—just press the star (*) button to reach the 1st floor and building door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Violation of house rules may incur a $1000 fine. A refundable security deposit may apply, returned within 24 hours after inspection.
Some rules may be waived with a security deposit, refunded within 24 hrs after check-out upon inspection for damages or violations.

Very nice apartment in a great location!

The apartment and complex themselves were very clean and nice. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. You have to actively communicate with the host's representative who is texting you remotely in order to initially get into the apartment. There were multiple steps you had to take just to get into the building and the apartment. Once you get into the apartment you can get ahold of the key fob which does make things a little easier but it is still pretty inconvenient just because you cannot get in or out of the building or parking garage without the fob. It was all a little chaotic. We did enjoy our stay very much and appreciated that the rental was right downtown and within walking distance to most things.
