What makes this property unique

There is a level 2 - 9.8 kW Tesla Gen 3 Wall Connector (40 amp / 245 volt) available in the garage. A payment of $22 is required in advance to unlock the charger from 8:30p-6:30a (10 hour window). EV charging is only permitted using installed Tesla hardware, charging with any other outlets or extension cables into the unit is prohibited and not included in your stay. Flexible billing and extended charging hours available on request at an extra cost.
